Let me correct myself, My major complaint is that Derricks crew at times disappeared for long periods of time. When this happened I was unable to contact anyone. At the end of the project they got a little careless. Overall when they did show up they did really nice work. They used high quality materials on everything. I just think it took to long.

Please...... whatever you do. Do not use this company wether you have a contract or not (Handshake doesn’t mean anything with this guy). Don’t say “I didn’t know”. This guy left me with a job that he hasn’t finished over a year ago. You have been warned. Taking the money and running well let’s say not so good, but I can say a lot of negative things but I don’t wanna lower my standard. Do you not use this guy, unless you want to donate to an effortless cause.

Ive always had a great experience using this company. Derek and his crew get the work done right, and I love my new floors and can’t wait to hire them for another job on my home!
