A bit surprised by the ratings here...My experience was that I made an appointment...they gave me a time range...No email confirmation, no text confirmation. I took time away from my office job to wait for them...no show. I called, and the explanation was that the "person had a personal emergency." I get it...that happens. But the lack of communications and/or care about the impact on my schedule, the sort of "oh yeah sorry" attitude... revealed a management issue in the company. So that makes them a no-go for me. Maybe they install great roofs, but I'll never know, because there are so many strong alternatives out there, and the one other contractor I have called has demonstrated understanding of everything that has lacked in this experience..

Their team is responsive, provide great follow up and quality workmanship at a great value.

Legacy Roofing is highly recommended! We had a great experienced hiring them to do my roof. They did an excellent job. The way they discussed about the company, quality of materials and what to expect, we did not make any second thought of hiring them, we signed right there and then. They were true to what they promised and they always update about the progress. In two days time, my roof is already done. No stress at all. It was worth paying for. Definitely, we will hire them again in the future.
