I am very impressed and highly recommend this company. The service was great and very efficient. Roof done in one day and same with the gutters. I worked with Erik, my project manager, and he is very dedicated to helping the homeowner navigate the insurance and mortgage scenerios! He communicated well, answered all questions I had and ALWAYS answered phone calls and texts. Very impressive!

I encourage everyone to work with this company. Sales person Zach was very helpful, answered all my questions. They were not pushy and were honest . Everyone should be getting their roof checked out after a big hail storm, last thing you need is a denied claim because they deem the damages were from ANOTHER storm. Lagacy was able to work with our insurance to get someone on the roof to inspect it .They may say your roof is good and that might be it, piece of mind the roof is in good health, and documentation the roof was good for WHEN and if damages do happen from a future storm.
Or the roof may Actually need to be replaced, which then Legacy can handle all of the arbitration with the insurance company.

Sometimes a knock on the door is good news. We got that knock from Legacy Restoration in mid April. We have seen A Lot of roof replacements since last year's storm, but our roof looked fine and there were no leaks or issues. I greenlit Legacy taking a look and it turns out we did have enough damage to get it replaced. At every step of service and level of employee, Legacy was what you want to see. Courteous, professional, hard and smart workers. We are more than happy with the outcome. They did a great job of clean up too. Recommended!

We needed our roof replaced. Legacy was very courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping us make our decisions. We chose a black roof, woth black gutters which looks really
nice against our white house.
Once they started working - they were done in a day. They were fast and efficient. They cleaned up our yard from all debris. I haven't found a single nail left in the yard! Two days later, they replaced our gutters.

We recommend Legacy, and for our next project - we're asking Legacy for siding estimates.

I appreciated Legacy restoration’s upfront detailing and time spent explaining the process. I appreciated most their arbitration with my insurance company to cover costs. We also had a couple interior damages caused from rotted plywood panels. Legacy was quick to get someone out to fix those damages. Overall, I am happy with the quality of work and their project management.

As a contractor myself working with the insurance company is not something I am familiar with. Legacy Restoration help guide me through the steps and helped with the communication with my insurance provider. Once everything was approved they communicated a time to get the work completed. Work was preformed in a timely manner and was cleaned up when they were done.

Legacy Restoration, LLC stuck with us in fighting with our insurance company to get approval and payment for all the work that needed to be completed to repair our roof, gutter, and fascia damage from summer storms. There were some costs, besides the deductible that was not covered, but Legacy detailed the cost before we approved and did try to get all covered by the insurance. It was a long process to get appropriate payment from the insurance company, but worth fighting for every dollar!

I'm so glad I chose Legacy Restoration out of the many, many companies out there to install our new roof, gutters, and downspouts. They were extremely communicative, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional during every phase of the project. Alex Dunn & Matthew Nissen were our project managers who responded same day to my calls/texts, patiently answered all my questions and never rushed me. Their lack of communication lasted for the entire 7 weeks I tried to get my roof fixed.
Only time I ever heard from them was when I contacted them. Always the same answer when they replied. Sorry, we will be better at communicating seemed to be their mantra.
I finally cancelled them as no progress was being made at all and it's almost January and I still have a leaking roof here in Aurora IL

Legacy Restoration took the lead on every aspect of my project, initiating my claim with my insurance company, all the way through following up on supplemental claims after the project was complete. I had several contacts to reach out to, and never thought I'd been forgotten. The project was completed quickly, with thorough clean up afterward. I will use Legacy Restoration again.

We went with legacy for our hail damage! Austin Nelson came out went thru everything and the job went smooth and trouble free. Their crews completed the roofs in one day and even resided our complete house/garage and a second garage in one day. Completely transformed our house with new look and very sharp curb appeal! Very happy with their work. Definitely use them for future job!!

I would highly recommend Legacy! I appreciate the proactive roof inspection as I would not have known the damage we had to the roof. The inspector was knowledgeable and thorough. He educated me with what the problems were and discussed all options and the process. We did sign with Legacy and the communication has been timely and responsive to our needs. Very satisfied!

Legacy did a great job on the installation of our roof, gutters, and downspouts. I did have an issue with the first project manager they assigned to our job, but they realized that, and had him replaced with a different project manager. When installing the gutters, the crew was setting them above the level of our old gutters, and it was leaving an unpainted line on the facia, so I asked them to lower them to cover the paint line and they did.

When the last storm hit Omaha I had the pleasure of working with Jasper Krmpotic. Jasper was extremely supportive, respectful, friendly and understanding. He made sure to explain the process on his end as well as the next steps. Unfortunately, we went with someone else. If you have the pleasure of working with this team Jasper is the best!

We could not have been happier with our experience with Legacy. They handled every aspect of our claim with our insurance company. Legacy walked us through every step and offered plenty of options and choices in every decision. Hopefully we'll never need to file a home insurance claim again but if we do.. Legacy will be our first call.

I’d give zero if I could. Not only have these people been calling relentlessly, but just yesterday, they sent out their finest representative, Jasper. While I’m sure Jasper may have other discernible skill sets, literacy is not amongst them. You see, we have a very clearly posted “no solicitation” sign, which I watched him bypass as he idly moored around our front porch from our cameras on a phone call. In addition to this, we have a sign indicating that we house an emotionally unstable rescue dog. The typical “beware of dog” probably means it’s not a great idea to essentially invade someone’s peace. This would not have been nearly such a bother, had this company not spent the last 4-6 months calling us nonstop.

So we decided to call Jasper personally. And he was every bit as charming as one could imagine—though a bit dull around the edges. Oddly, despite seemingly insurmountable odds, he knew exactly which house we were talking about. He ended his phone call with, “thank you for being professional” after telling us “that sign could have been there for 15 years.” Congrats, Jasper, you’re a reader!

Coming to people’s homes is outdated, aggressive and invasive marketing. “No means no” applies across the board, even to window sales.

Legacy was so easy to work with. They helped us to get our full cost of our roof covered and the work was finished in one day!

Five stars for Eshine, -2 for the manager (well, really the sales tactics). I was cold-contacted by this company to look at our roof for potential hail/wind damage. This was good as another company I had contacted pretty much ghosted us.

Eshine was very courteous, knowledgeable, and explained the whole process and potential next steps. Because of that I allowed him to take a look at the roof.

After he got down from the roof he knocked on the door again and his manager was there to “shadow” him. Bad feeling #1 right there. Eshine showed pictures of all the spots where there was current hail/wind damage and said there was enough to file a claim.

The manager piped in and was fairly pushy (not rude) to contact my insurance company right then (having Eshine use his phone to contact them and not me call) to say Legacy was my contractor and to get the ball rolling. They both talked about how if you don’t get it going now, the insurance company may decline some/all of the work. That could be true but came across as too pushy.

There’s some things I’m comfortable making quick decisions on…this is not one of them. I actually had to put my daughter down for a nap so I said I’ll be back in a couple minutes. I discussed it with my wife while I took my daughter to her room and my wife went out to talk to them both.

The manager had left so my wife ended up talking with just Eshine and how we don’t make decisions that fast on big things like this. Eshine was great, very nice and understanding.

Solely because of Eshine, we are still considering working with Legacy. I’m not sure we’d feel the same if it was anyone else.

I had someone come to my door back in March saying he could see I had damage to my roof. He went up on my roof took over 50 pictures for damage and showed me. We filled a claim with I’m insurance. My insurance company said it was cosmetic. But I’m missing shingles on the back side of my house. They told me they would reopen the claim with my insurance. But they haven’t. I also wanted to get my gutters done cause mine are broken. I’ve called, texted and emailed. I have heard anything. This is a very bad experience. My husband and I are really upset with this company.

They called after a storm asking if they could come out and do a free inspection. They came out and told us we would have enough damage for a new roof and possibly new siding. We spent a significant amount of time on the phone gathering a bunch of information only for their other inspector to come out and say there was no damage. Huge waste of our time. They need to do a better job of getting it right the first time.

Caution. One of their door doors salesman came to our house. Offered a free inspection. After he inspected he said it had "significant" hail damage and needs to be replaced.
He gave off a very used car salesman vibe. Told them I would let them know.
I had 2 other roofing companies come out and both said they found zero signs of hail.
Get a 2nd and 3rd opinion if these people said you need a new roof.

Very professional. Impeccable work. Could not be happier. Matt Penrod was patient with all the insurance questions I had and walked me through the entire process start to finish. He also made sure to keep in touch the entire time and even stopped by after the work was done to do another sweep for nails left behind after the initial sweep done by the roofers. I never felt pressured to get the roof which I extremely appreciated. Would recommend 100%.

The gentlemen of Legacy Restoration are the truth. Had some hail damage and they fought with the insurance company to get us the money and for them to purchase our whole roof. The process was relatively quick and Jasper really helped as well. Wasn’t able to answer all questions but busted his behind to learn what he didn’t know and report back quickly. That was reassuring. As this process was more about me getting educated in the case it happens again. Highly recommend.

Legacy Restoration got us a new roof when other companies couldn’t. Jasper Krmpotic was did an amazing job. From the first day he knocked on our door, he was polite, professional, and hardworking. They took the time to go to bat for us with insurance and jumped through more than one hoop to make our new roof happen. We were even able to get new gutters and downspouts. We are happy customers and I’d recommend Legacy Restoration and specifically Jasper Krmpotic any day.

I appreciate the service Legacy Restoration provided. Its nice not having to deal directly insurance companies. They are the middle man and handle all of the back and forth with insurance. Jasper Krmpotic went above and beyond and went to bat for me attempting to get our 10 year old roof replaced after a crazy hail storm over the summer. Unfortunately due to typical insurance company politics, we wernt able to get the approval. But I appreciate Jasper's communication, and overall customer service. Which I feel like is hard to find these days. If I ever need work done on my house in the future I will be reaching out to Legacy.

I had you what I believe to be Legacy Restoration come out and look at one part of my roof... the guy extremely uncomfortable on a ladder let alone on the roof. To make a long story short he tells me I need a roof. I called 3 other companies out independently after filing an insurance claim at the direction of Legacy Restoration and all 3 had similar opinions that there is no need for a roof whatsoever.

I callled your online number and all I heard was some lady talkin to her kid and the sound of a microwave. I am not sure whats going on but it appears nobody is minding the store.

Once our decision was made to go with Legacy Restoration the process moved quickly, and without any pressure. Dylan Lovell was our Service Representative, and we could not have asked for better. We had many choices of both shingles and guttering to choose from, and received assistance in making a choice when we asked for input. The date for the roofing was set within a few days, and the work was done just a few days after that. We had a couple of days of rain just prior to the designated date, but they were still able to complete the work on the agreed upon day. The roof looks great and we have had no issues whatsoever. The guttering work then occurred within a week, only taking a few hours. The gutters and downspouts, as well as the roof, look great! The crews cleaned up after themselves very well, with Dylan actually being the last to leave after the roofing was completed, as he wanted to ensure that we would not find any nails, I will use Legacy Restoration again for any projects that come up.

The crew did an outstanding job and all in one day, Chris Greco was my rep and CJ was the inspector.
