We hired Christian and Legacy General Contractors for a basement renovation project. We had a fully finished basement and wanted to convert one side into an entertainment area with cabinets, 100 inch tv installation, shelving, installing additional electrical outlets, and wall panels. Christian and his team were on time, on schedule, professional, and most importantly, they were very customer service oriented and responsive to our questions and asks.

It will be difficult to express how incredible this company is. I hired Cristian and his crew to work on my out of state home. Not always being there,I needed someone trustworthy His initial estimate was significantly better than some well known companies. He is extremely honest and beyond communicative. Much of his family does the actual construction. They are meticulous in every detail. Consistently they were at my house by 7:30 to 8 every morning and would often leave after six. They would also work on both Saturdays and Sundays to keep with the timeline that I was promised. Everyone in this crew is genuinely nice and always helpful. They would often take packages in from outside and put them inside my garage. They would take my garbage pails in and check the house for me while I was away. I’m very impressed by the job that was done. Christian would text me at least two times a day to give me updates and send pictures. He was very accurate with the expenses and sometimes would tell me ways to save money by ordering items myself

With over 30 years of construction in South Florida he was actually impressed by the quality of work and the work ethic by Cristian and his crew. The bricks on the wall were placed with laser to confirm each level of brick placed. My basement is beyond what I have imagined and I couldn’t recommend a better company.
