Mike and his crew were professional, friendly took great care to protect all of our plants and other items around our house. I recenly sold my personal home and needed a vent boot replaced. I used the Forest Grove branch.The scheduling process is streamlined, Amber is friendly & and help guide me through on what to expect from scheduling, billing to the actual repairs. The roofer who came by was WONDERFUL, he came in to access and was able to do the repair the same day. 10/10 recommend this company. I wish I could give more stars. They have business officially.

This is the second time we've used Legacy for a big project on our house, and just like with our HVAC install the roofing went well. The team is always super professional and clear if anything changes during the process. They are always super happy to be on the job and make you feel well taken care of.

I've left a voice-mail one day, called more the next day and still never answered the phone or got a call back. Is this place even still in business?

Your hours say you closed at 4pm. Why were you closed at 3:33pm when I called? Additionally, I ONLY received a phone call and a voicemail the time you replied to my Google review (2:17PM 1/5/2023), not at 8:30am this morning as you so indicated. This company is already lying and I haven't even done business with them yet.

I highly recommend Matt Delplanche with Legacy Heating and Cooling. Nothing like waking up to a broken furnace on Christmas day. We called and left a message and Matt promptly retuned the call and schedule a time to come out. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and order the part. That day we were up and running. Thank you for your professionalism and quick service!

Emergency Furnace Repair!!! Called Legacy Heating and Cooling this morning....as my furnace pilot light was not igniting. Matt said he could fit me in before his first appointment of the day. He arrived at my doorstep fifteen minutes later and had the furnace running in no time.

This is my second interaction with Matt (first was for AC) and both times he has delivered beyond expectations. Exceptional customer service and extremely professional.

I can only summize they were not interested in doing my small job. Didn't reply to several phone calls requesting a bid. When one of the guys came out to look at the job, he said he would get back to me the following Mon with the written quote and would be back out on Wed to perform the work. Ghosted on both occasions. Work needed to be completed by that Friday. Never called or showed.

Chris was great to work with showed up when he said he would. Great at communicating everything going on with the work to be done. Miguel was great when the crew was at the house doing the work. He found other issues and took care of those right away. Great service even better people would highly recommend Legacy.

I had some ducting that was in need of repair/replacing. After wolfersheating.com dropped and left me with out AC I called Justin at Legacy Heating and Cooling. He was able to get a technician out that day and got me an estimate that evening.

Justin was detailed in answering all my questions I had regarding the work needed nor was he was pushy in our conversation.

I was very pleased Justin was able to get his crew out the next day. They were quick and came prepared with need materials and tools. The work went smoothly and quickly.

Overall, the workmanship is amazing and the summer oven days are now nonexistent inside my home. I will recommending Legacy to my friends and family.

Just got a new roof from Legacy Roofing! Looks fantastic! They left everything super clean! We are very glad we worked with Chris and team, we will be having more work done by them and recommend them to anybody looking!

Of the 4 bids and walkthroughs I had, Scott and Rob from Legacy were by far the most friendly and genuine interaction. They were prompt and detailed answering all the questions I had regarding their proposal. They were not pushy during communication.

Once I chose them, they were quick to schedule based on my availability. Scott, Rob, and Mike came prepared with facemasks and gloves to respect my space. The work went smoothly and quickly. The line-set they ran along the garage wall was tucked nicely, as to be not very noticable. Rob even fixed the common wire in my system to allow 5 wires to my nest thermostat.

Overall, the workmanship looks amazing and summer heatwaves are nonexistent inside the home. I will be recommending Legacy to my friends and family going forward.

For the last five years at the beginning of the summer, we've had to call someone to reset our heat pump the first time we needed to run the AC. My husband had always handled it ... then last year, it was my turn. The people I called, with much fear mongering, suggested 10k in repairs, which I firmly declined.

This year, I called Legacy. Matt was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He also showed me how to do the reset myself. It felt great to have someone explain what was going on and empower me to take care of it on my own.

After purchasing my new home, I knew the furnace needed to be replaced, and wanted to upgrade to include a/c. I am so happy that I picked Justin and Legacy HVAC to do the job! They tailored a system to my needs, were patient with all my questions and even vacuumed the concrete garage floor to make sure they didn't leave any mess behind. I highly recommend working with Justin and his team, they will take great care of you!

This review is about a furnace repair by Legacy. PERFECT service start to finish! Left service request on the website late last night, with model# details. Justin called first thing this morning to schedule, I got an appointment this afternoon (the delay was due to my work schedule, not theirs). Matt pulled up in a sharp, clean work van right on time. He popped on shoe covers to come through the house and went right to work. Less than an hour later he had found and replaced a faulty hot-surface ignitor (he had brought the correct part with him). $119 flat rate service call plus the cost of the part was a fair price. I was able to pay immediately with credit card, very convenient. Matt was friendly, energetic, and professional even though this was the last call of the day on a Friday. I will definitely use this company again. Very pleased to know they are right here in Forest Grove. Thanks Matt and Justin!

When we took the plunge to update our old HVAC we shopped around and did some research. We ultimately went with Legacy after talking with Justin, who was upfront and honest at every step. Their technician Matt is fantastic and extremely helpful. They had wonderful customer service throughout and best of all these guys are local and are part of the Forest Grove community. Our company (Superior Fence) recently hired Legacy to come repair one of our air conditioning units. After sending Matt, the tech out they discovered that the unit needed to be replaced. Justin had a quote to us within a few hours. After accepting the quote we were scheduled and the unit was installed within a few days. Jim, Dylan, Cosmo & Matt worked diligently to install the new unit. Our office is crazy and has a lot going on, the 4 of them just went with the flow and fit right in with all of us. They worked tirelessly until the project was complete, they cleaned up their work area and were very professional the entire time they were here. Legacy has been great to work with. I have never had a comfortable upstairs due to inadequate HVAC from the original builder. Once Legacy installed the mini split that changed. Thanks for being clean, responsible and a rock star!

I was having issues with my home not cooling very well during the heat of summer. Called Legacy who came out within a couple days and corrected several issues left behind from the previous HVAC contractor. My home is now a comfortable temperature. Thanks to Legacy’s HVAC tech Matt for the professional and thorough service.

Legacy did a great job replacing my roof. We bought an older house with a roof that was in pretty rough shape, including some visibly rotten sheathing near the gutters. We wanted to get it replaced before it got too rainy, they got out here quickly and completed tearoff, sheathing repairs and shingle replacement over a few days. The roof looks good, they were prompt and the cleanup was thorough (I went to clean my gutters a few days after they finished, and was surprised to find they had cleared the leaves along with any construction debris). I wasn't jazzed about having to replace the roof but they made it about as easy as it could be.

I recently used Legacy to paint our house, Eric and his crew did a great job, even followed up to fix I few troublesome areas. I had Legacy roof my house last fall and replace a furnace at my commercial building... All good experiences, Competitive pricing and we're able to get the projects done quickly. Highly recommended!

I made a appointment to get an estimate on doing my roof, it was for 1 in the afternoon, I left work to meet them at the house. They never showed up and they never called so I called them and they told me the truck broke down so they would have to come out the following monday. I said that would be fine and they never showed up again or bothered to call. These people are complete flakes, I would avoid them like the plague.

I rarely write reviews but Legacy Roofing deserves one. I needed a roof repair on multiple vent pipes and also a hole in my roof left from removing a stove pipe. They were absolutely awesome to deal with and from the first phone call I knew I had the best company for the job. I had called about 4 or 5 roofing companies and guys off craigslist first and well long story short they were all either horrible to deal with or charging way more than reasonable. Legacy Roofing were the exact opposite - Expert, Very reasonably Priced and Professional. The roofer who did my job was called Rafael and was exceptional at what he does - just one of those guys who you know is honest, skilled and hard working.
