Gave an estimate and then scheduled for April 7th. They wanted to change it to the 8th, but I said that I have to work that day, so they said OK and it was scheduled back to May 7th. I waited home all day and they were a no-show, without a message, phone call, or email.

I called them and told them that they forgot me and they apologized -- some scheduling snafu. I said OK and they rescheduled for April 28th. I waited home all day and they were a no-show, without a message, phone call, or email.

I will not deal with them in the future. Unreliable.

We just had the Duct Medic crew complete a job at our home, and it couldn't have been a better experience! From great communication with Jade, a through initial inspection from Justin, and an efficient cleaning from Trenton and Jeff, I was completely pleased with the whole process. Kind, professional, and prompt, I would 100% use Duct Medic again!

Just had my air ducts, air vents, and dryer vent cleaned by the most professional, courteous, respectful, friendly, honest, and responsible crew of four wonderful people. Trenton, Calvin, Troy, and Jeff arrived promptly and started the job immediately. They were incredibly respectful of my home and were willing to answer any questions asked about the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Duct Medic to anyone looking for air duct cleaning. They will certainly be my go-to company for any future preventative or air duct issues that my house may encounter. Also noted was the professional and courteous encounter with Wes who arrived even early to provide an estimate for the job and Jade who worked with me to schedule the job to fit my busy work week. Unreliable. Unprofessional. I wasted my day waiting for them, and they never showed up! I had an appointment for someone to come out Friday between 12pm-2pm. I called at 2:10pm to check-in. The woman who answered the phone said she would call me back with an update. I hadn’t heard from her by 2:45pm, so I called back. She didn’t answer. I called back at 3pm, still no answer. They never called back to explain why they didn’t show up or to reschedule. I cannot believe they have so many good reviews!

DuctMedic came recommended by our HVAC company. Troy and Calvin arrived promptly to our home for our first time duct cleaning. They were respectful, conscientious about keeping our home clean, and very professional. Before and after pictures were impressive! They worked efficiently and provided education on how frequently we need to clean our ducts and/or replace ducts. We would 100% recommend DuctMedic (and Troy/Calvin) again.

So this is a service that as a homeowner I don’t do regularly. After being in our house for 12 years we thought we were ready for a duct cleaning, we also had birds in our dryer vent, so I called Wes. He was responsive to set an appointment, and after a quick view…he honestly told us our ducts looked great! But happily set an appointment for his team to take care of our dryer vent.
Constant communication and his team was so friendly! I highly recommend! Integrity and honesty!

Justin, one of the owners of DuctMedic came out to give me a quote for cleaning my system. Unfortunately, my system is entirely too old to be serviced but gave me great advice from who to contact to things to look for in the future. This is type of service I look for. Things started off great. I filled out the online form requesting an estimate and got a phone call shortly afterwards to make an appointment. One of the owners, Justin, came to my house looked at the duct work and dryer vent and gave me great information about the state of things and what would be needed. He was very friendly. So far all was fine.

He sent me an estimate by email and I emailed him back to ask if they offered veteran's discounts. I received no reply. No worries, people get busy so I emailed him again. Still no response. Now I'm thinking that this is not great customer service at all. Sadly, there are not many companies out there that provide this service, so I call their office leave a message again asking about veteran's discounts and a few other questions. I NEVER got a call back.

I finally got them to call me by clicking the accept quote button on their invoice. At that point the office manager called me almost immediately. I didn't bother asking about the discount at that point as clearly the answer is no. I scheduled my service.

I took off work in order to get the service done. The day my service was scheduled it had snowed a bit overnight. This was not a surprise snow.. I'm at home waiting for them to arrive and 5 minutes before the scheduled time I get a call from the office manager saying that they wouldn't be coming. I was befuddled. The office manager, Jade, told me that they were not coming because it had snowed. While I understand that safety is paramount, if you know that you don't work when it snows, and you know that it is going to snow, shouldn't the people you have scheduled also know that you don't work when it snows? How much work would it have been to call me the day before and say, "Snow is in the forecast for tomorrow. If it snows, we will likely need to reschedule."? I mention again that I took the day off from work and got a call 5 minutes before that they wouldn't be coming. That was horrible planning and customer service. I told Jade that I was not happy with the way events unfolded and explained why. She got VERY snippy with me and told me that if I didn't stop yelling at her that she would hang up. I was not yelling at her. I was not happy and my tone reflected that, but I was certainly not yelling at her or even rude to her. Her reaction was ridiculous.

After arranging to reschedule, she told me that she would have one of the owners call me. I was not shocked when no one called me. I don't know if it's because Jade didn't bother to tell them or if they just didn't care.

You may be asking yourself why in the world I was still on their books after all this. Why didn't I cancel? I tried to find another company to provide the service, but I wasn't able to find anyone and the work was truly necessary.

On the date of my rescheduled service everything went well. The 3 guys who came and did the service were very friendly and did a great job. I have no issue with them at all. It is only because of them that this review has 2 stars.

I will also add that this service was extremely expensive. I was told repeatedly that this was a 4 hour job and would cost $869 dollars. That seemed okay for 3 guys at 4 hours, but the work actually only took 2.5 hours.

I decided to have the ducts cleaned when I moved into an old house. So glad I did - turned out there was mouse nest, mold and other nasties in there. DuctMedic team did a great job - easy to schedule, efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

I really liked the man Jae who came out and did the estimate for services. He was very professional, kind and gave us a good quote. When we worked with the office person Jade she seemed to be professional, kind and helpful at first. After, we emailed about some complaints about the work that was done, she apologized and validated the complaints. She did not really try to remedy them. I will not use this company again.

Wonderful service and very professional! I dropped my ring down the duct vent and Wes Ammons didn’t give up to get it out. It was in a tricky space and hard to reach and he went under the house and detached the duct and got it out. I will use them for all of my HVAC duct needs. I called this morning and they called me right back with an appointment and were here. You don’t find organizations that are that responsive and professional these days. Can’t say enough good things about my experience! Highly recommend.

The two men arrived a few minutes early, were very professional, and went right to work. Even though they had to crawl underneath my house—from one end to the other, they had everything cleaned and a new vent installed within 30 minutes.
I will definitely use this company for future needs and I would highly recommed them!

My entire experience with DuctMedic was excellent, from the original call, to the final clean up. After more than 20 years in our home, it was well past time to have the HVAC and dryer vents cleaned. When I called to inquire about service, an inspection for a quote was scheduled. The quote was well written, clear, and within my expectation for expected cost. The team arrived on time, calling shortly before. We began with a walk through of the house, and then they quickly got to work. I was impressed with the efficiency and skill of their approach and they kept me updated on their plans and progress throughout the day. As they completed an area, they cleaned up and vacuumed. Since having the service done, the air in the house feels and smells cleaner. I am very pleased with the quality of the work as well as the customer service. The team that came to the house was great. All three men were friendly, respectful, and highly competent (even the young man in training). I could not recommend DuctMedic more highly and plan to engage them for routine dryer vent cleaning in the future.

DuctMedic came out to clean our dryer vent today. They arrived early (and called ahead of time to make sure that was ok). They were so professional and kind. They fixed our problem and gave guidance on how to prevent issues in the future I absolutely recommend them and will use them again if needed. It was great experience.

This is a fantastic company. The staff is friendly and professional. They kept a clean work area. They showed me photos of the vents before and after and they pointed out a hole in the roof that I was not aware of.

We had a new home built in 2018. With that came all of that construction dust etc.. Just recently reached out to Justin and his team. Requested an appointment, and Justin showed up on time and took a quick look at everything, took the time to explain the process and got back to me the next day with a quote. Made an appointment, was told they would be there at 10:30am. Got a call from Tre at 9:45 said they were on the way and would be there around 10:15 am. Showed up at 10:15am and got right to work. Tre and Alex wore masks, shoe coverings and worked diligently. They were both incredibly respectful and hard-working. Once the work was completed, they vacuumed any area we had a rug and there was even a possibility of it being dirty from their work. I would highly recommend.

Phenomenal. The guys were nice and respectful. We ended up discovering a leak in the HVAC system (thank goodness we had DuctMedic come out!) and needed emergency service at the same time they were here. They went out of their way to take a short break so we could resolve the issue.

During the estimation process, we appreciated that the estimator admitted that only one of the systems really needed the service. It showed that they have some integrity.

The only item for improvement, and this is very minor, is that they could maybe vacuum the entryway and stairwell after getting done. We had to do some cleaning after they left.

Overall, we highly recommend DuctMedic!

Highly recommend Duct Medic. The owner came out to give me a quote and was very personal and easily described the service. The two young gentlemen who performed the duct cleaning service were very professional, clean, respectful, and all in all a joy. It was like having family come over to clean. The price was very reasonable and the service was top-notch. My trunk, registers, and each branch are super clean. WE CAN BREATHE AGAIN!

Justin was on time and wore a mask and shoe coverings in our home. He assessed our air ducts and determined they did not need to be cleaned. He also identified a few other issues and pointed us in the right direction to have them fixed. He did not have to do this, but we really appreciated it. When we do get our air ducts cleaned in a few years, we will use this service.

I work for a local restoration company and we use Duct Medic all the time after general construction or fire and smoke cleaning. They are honest, local and do quality work. We know when the families come back home they are breathing safe air with the help of Duct Medic.

Tre and his partner was on time , very professional, courteous , & friendly. They took the time to fully answer all of my questions throughout the process and was mindful of my every need. Justin came out as we had a strange odor when the heat cut on. He determined that the ducts were clean and checked for mold. He found mold which we need someone else to come mitigate. He did not have to check for that and now we know we caught an issue we never would have known we had. Very professional and we will certainly use them come time to get our ducts clean. He had nothing to benefit by checking for mold for us, he just did it because it was the right thing to do.
