Josh and Leak Stoppers have completed two new roofs for me in last few years and made several repairs to other properties for me - always above and beyond service, quality work and a reasonable price. I will continue to tell everyone I know who needs a new roof to call Josh @ LSR!

When we needed to repair three leaks in our roof, I talked to several roofers that I found through the BBB. They each came out to look at my roof. Leak Stoppers was the most flexible to be able look at my roof quickly and, at my request, while I was home. Josh came out the next day and was one of the most comfortable to talk with. He was friendly, and showed me what needed to be done. He also sent me pictures so my wife could see the same things without going up on the roof. He gave us a written quote with a sensible price.

Josh did a great job repairing all three leaks in our roof. He replaced shingles, flashing, and some wood decking, and added ice & water shield. He also replaced pipe boots, and stripped and replaced some weathered caulking around a chimney cap.

Tearing away shingles revealed some damage to the wood beneath. We had discussed ahead of time that could be the case. Josh showed me the damage and explained what was needed to repair it. He limited the repair to the effected area and made the extra repair at a modest cost.

I don't expect any more leaks in my roof, but if I did get another leak, I'd call Josh at Leak Stoppers.
