The LCT crew did impeccable and meticulous work on our large, fairly complicated roof. Manny, the foreman, made sure everything got done expeditiously, and the supervisor Franklin’s follow up and extra attention to the final details, was very greatly appreciated. The actual cost matched James’ very competitive quote to the penny. We couldn’t be happier!

Luis and team were contracted to build a standing seam metal roof for an existing house with a shingle roof for their assurance of timely completion. Their price was competitive as well. This was originally planned for December 2024 but the project started in January 2025 due to weather events and freezing temperatures. His team went over and beyond braving the cold to remove the shingles and install the necessary material for the final metal roof. We wanted a specific metal roof system from a local company - Luis was able to source a supplier for that for the color and type. Moreover, the metal roof system was a mechanical lock system - Luis's team was able to find a the right device to implement the specific lock system needed. It was a bit of a learning process for his team but the final fit and finish is stellar and exhibits craftsmanship of his hardworking team.

LCT is our roofing contractor of choice for the foreseeable future.

I was referred to LCT Construction by a friend who had been happy with work done at his house. In our case, the 2025 winter winds ripped up several sections of shingles, resulting in a question of repair/replace. Luis came out and was very helpful in identifying and documenting the damages, then offering alternative solutions. In the end, we decided to replace all the roofing shingles. The crew was here on time, professional and did a complete and thorough job. Good experience.

Luis and his team did a great job on our roof. We had a small leak and Luis was very open and honest about the work needed beyond just a quick repair. We chose to move forward with a metal roof, and it looks great. We will call LCT Construction again when we need more work done.

Met with Franklin for a estimate. He was professional and knowledgeable and estimate was competitive. He arranged a meeting with the owner Luis to come to my house and explain everything that they would do, what products they are using, the warranty of their work and material warranty. Also showed the certifications , license , insurance. They replaced my roof and chimney. Pulled permits, set up meetings, worked safely, and showed their craft and knowledge with their work. They cleaned the site and made sure that I was absolutely happy with everything. A few days later I noticed 3 minor ( ocd ) items. Feeling like I was looking for perfection in my ( ocd ) eyes, I sent pictures and said am I asking to much? I know it's ridiculous. The answer was absolutely not, we want you to be 100% satisfied. Thank you guy's for that. From the cumunication to the work to the clean up , I highly recommend them.

Start to finish LCT was amazing. James walked me through every part of the process, and ensured that we understood how everything works. The project manager Eduardo kept me updated via text while I was away at work, and sent me pictures of their progress. They even quoted and completed an impromptu siding repair while the roof and gutters were being replaced. Project took under 2 days and I’m so glad we chose LCT for our project.

I just had my roof replaced by LCT Roofing. I am more than pleased with the entire process. The salesman James presented me with an extremely impressive folder with my bid, the warranties and options for singles. His quote included all work needed on my old roof. Then when the crew came the supervisor Eduardo Was very efficient in detail to perfection. my roof took one long day and half of another day and they cleaned up afterwards, which was very impressive and I love how it came out. I truly recommend this company the salesman James and the supervisor Eduardo are stars of the company anyone looking for a good roofing company definitely would find that in LCT Roofing. I am glad I chose them from the contractors that I had bids from.

My experience with LCT was great from start to finish. They came recommended by some friends who had also used them for projects. When I first called due to some leaks in my roof, they were able to have Luis, the owner, come out and assess the situation very quickly. Luis and the LCT team were the most responsive, thorough, and easiest to work with compared to the other companies I called for quotes. I did not feel like there were any sales tactics or pressure to go with LCT while speaking with Luis.

Luis and his team arrived first thing in the morning, got right to work, and we were still able to come and go from our house as we pleased. Luis checked in multiple times throughout the day and kept us updated on the progress. When they were finished they thoroughly cleaned everything up with no materials left behind. Luis also scheduled a time to come back a few days later to make sure everything was satisfactory. I highly recommend LCT!

I have been wanting to write this review for so long- LCT Construction replaced our vinyl siding back at the end of 2023, and I initially waited to have the roof done too, but, since I have to wait a little longer to be able to do the roof, I want to write this review now, before the Holiday season passes. How can I forget the excellent job that this crew did! James and Luiz saved us!!
The story began when I was actually looking for an inspector to substantiate the improper job that the roofing company had just done on our roof. Since I wasn't having much luck in our home state of RI, I decided to look in MA. That is when I came across LCT Construction. When James came, after addressing the roof, he began talking to me about our house, which was a real mess. The wood siding was rotted everywhere and so was much of the wood trim. I had spoken with other siding contractors and was trying to figure out what to do; some wanted to cut and patch the fascia and rake boards, and there was a complication in that the house had not been built with any plywood. Different contractors had different creative ways on how they were going to cut corners with that domino effect. When I spoke with James, it was a game changer. He told me straight out, all the wood has to come off, and his quote gave Mom and me the ability to be able to afford PVC on the windows and trim. He addressed the plywood situation with new plywood- that is real wood, not OSB, and offered to make up for the plywood differential- in terms of thickness- with insulation boards. Also, the vinyl siding he uses is good quality, not cheap stuff. James was totally honest, and a real expert. He also really went out of his way, right until the job started to make sure we had the colors we wanted, since he understood how much the color coordination meant to us. We ar so so grateful for that. The construction crew synchronized flawlessly. They are highly skilled, just have to say a few words to each other and the whole crew falls in line. And they were really nice guys. Luiz, the owner was Top Notch. He came every few days to inspect and generously addressed all of my questions and issues with sound solutions, and it gave us great comfort to experience that he was really looking out for our interest. He was patient, listened, assessed, and took the best action instead of ramming the work without empathy. He is an expert in every way. This house went from a disaster to a jewel. Every part of this job came out excellently. Everyone in the neighborhood were astonished at how good this house looks. We are both so happy and could not have been more satisfied with the wonderful experience we had with this crew. I used LCT to complete a roof edge / soffit project. They had a very competitive price and paid close attention to the detail that I had designed. They even suggested reinstalling the last course of roofing shingles so they could provide a new drip edge - a detail that improved the final outcome. Louis and his crew were great to work with and I would recommend them for this kind of work without hesitation.

The workers did an excellent job with the siding on my house! They worked long and hard-arriving between 7:30-8am every day and leaving around 5. They were professional and took their time along the way. I will be recommending them to my family and friends!

LCT Construction has been a great company to work with. They have done several jobs for me (two were full roof replacements). This is a company with skilled roofing professionals. I had no problems during the jobs and the roofs look great and importantly have had zero leaks. James who is the first contact for the quotes is fantastic. Very responsive and honest. If roof still has a couple of years of life left in it, he will let you know. He builds customers for the long term. Stacie who works in the office is also wonderful- very responsive and easy to work with. Luis the owner cares about this business and it shows.

Had to replace the soffits under my roof and was looking for a company to do it. I also needed a gutter on my balcony. A neighbor recommended LCT Construction and I called them to take a look. I had no idea what to expect. They did an EXCELLENT job and I am happy to recommend them. The gutter around the balcony enhanced the balcony in fact. The soffits were done with such care and precision. I thank David and Bidal for their hard work balancing on all their staging. They did very good cleanup work after each day. They are very polite. They are priced reasonably. Thank you Luis!

They came and worked over two days on my 135 year old house. They replaced the facia, soffit and installed a new leaf guard gutter system. They put new plywood down after removing the old shingles. Replaced the old flashing on two chimneys. And the new roof shingles look great. I thought the pricing was fair for the quality and professionalism of the work. I couldn't be happier.

What a fantastic job this company did replacing my roof. They were very thorough and they worked long hours every day to complete the job. Obviously they have worked together for a while as their team work was amazing. My property was left in excellent condition. Definitely hire this company to do any roof work you may need. Got my roof recently replaced and LCT did an amazing job. Their price was lower with higher quality certainteed shingles as opposed to GAF others were quoting. James Blair explained everything when he first came to give a quote, there was absolutely no sales pressure. Luis and his work crew did outstanding work. Once they were finished, you could not even tell that a roof was replaced because they made sure the grounds were cleaned up very well. I highly recommend LCT and I am very happy I went with them. LCT Construction did a fantastic job on my roof and gutters. James made the experience easy by explaining the different options and prices. Luis and his crew were there early and didn't leave until the job was done. Luis also let me know about issues from the old roof that were found during the job and made sure to ask me about the extra work and costs before doing anything. My experience with LCT was excellent! They were prompt throughout. No matter what step in the process, whether calling the office, connecting with James during the quote/proposal or speaking with Luis, Eduardo and the crew during the actual work; everything was seamless! Literally not one disruption from start to finish with LCT, the best experience I've had with a company doing work on my house! I had my entire roof redone, all new shingles, facia and rake boards along with new gutters and downspouts on a pretty large (2000+ sq. ft.) layout. The crew was done in three days and two of them weren't even "full days" due to weather, which shows how efficient they were! Highly recommend!

I had a FANTASTIC experience with LCT! It started with a prompt response from them, setting up an appointment the next day after a tree fell on my house. We hired LCS for a full roof and vinyl siding replacement and they did a phenomenal job! We are so happy with the final results. From the initial quote, we worked with James who was very helpful and responsive to all questions and concerns, to the owner Luis who was on-site the first day of the job and continued to show up at least 1-2 times a day during the entire project, which was great. He addressed all of our questions and got back to us quickly each time— and was so helpful and respectful, especially because we don’t have much experience with this kind of project. When a windstorm caused a tree limb to damage my roof, my mother-in-law recommended LCT Construction. They'd just given her a new roof and she was very happy with the results.

I couldn't be happier with LCT Construction. They gave me a ton of options to replace my roof and the quote was more than reasonable. They stayed in constant communication with me leading up to today's appointment.

They were fast, efficient, kept me in the loop throughout, and the results are gorgeous! Part of their cleanup was going over my lawns with a magnet to catch any nails that fell. The roof looks amazing!

The LCT team completed a complex roofing job for our home with outstanding results. Very competitive compared with several other estimates with a professional presentation of their quote. The friendly on site crew worked neatly and efficiently throughout. The scope was delivered as specified in the contract including a few extras I requested for a new skylight and shed roof. I am happy with their work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend looking at LCT for a roofing project.

From the start to the finish James, Louis and the team did an amazing job . First job was to reroof the house and attached garage. It came out beautiful everything was very professional and completely cleaned up and hauled away. Next, they tackled the siding. First, they had to take down the old stucco on the house and then they were able to proceed with siding of the house and garage. It was a big job but done effortlessly. The team were polite and friendly and mostly very hard working. I can't not say enough about this company. I would not hesitate to have them come again and refer to other people. After 3 decades of every few years replacing various pieces of rotted wood trim on our house with PVC I decided to take the leap and replace all the wood trim that had the potential to rot all at once. LCT Construction had just done an excellent job replacing my roof and I picked them for the trim work. The salesman James who I worked with was more knowledgeable than all the others I've dealt with, was direct when discussing various options and details, and was committed to doing quality work. It's hard to judge these days, but I think their price was very reasonable.

At the beginning of the work James came by and we reviewed exactly what was to be done to make sure there were no misunderstandings. The day before work started they dropped off the material they needed for the job along with a dumpster (with wood under the skids to protect the driveway) for the discarded wood. The workers were here every week day with the exception of 1 rainy day even on days in late November when it was very cold until the job was complete. Each day they started around 8:00 am and didn't leave until it got dark, and they cleaned up before they left. All my interaction with everyone on the crew was friendly and relaxed and we were happy to have them around. On the last day they cleaned everything up and removed the dumpster that evening.

Every aspect of their work was excellent. I'm no expert, but I've had a lot of trim repaired over the years and this is the best I've seen. I couldn't ask for better workmanship.

During the work they discovered some rot that needed to be repaired. They did it for a reasonable charge, and there was never any attempt to up sell or expand the scope of work.

The only negative was that they told me the day before the agreed starting date that they needed to slip by 2 weeks. I wish that hadn't occurred but compared to everything else it's not significant.

If I ever need trim or roofing work again I'll definitely contact LTC. They were completely professional and easy to work with, did exactly what they said they'd do with no hassle, and I couldn't ask for a better result. I recommend them without reservation for any roof or trim work.

I just wanted to write and say thank you for the great job that Luis and his team did! They showed up promptly, immediately organized tools, personnel and equipment. This review is to warn others about this company. They did a terrible job with our roof replacement. It did not immediately pass building inspection. The building inspector reprimanded us because they didn’t apply for the proper permits. They haven’t responded to our messages and ran with our $2000 deposit. In addition to having to spend additional money to fix their work, the Building Commissioner required us to hire an expensive engineer to see how their negligence can be fixed.

LCT provided a competitive quote for quality products. I had them install a new roof, gutters, and downspouts. The presales process was very educational and informative. James walked through the various options calling out the differences and associated pricing. Scheduling the job was flexible and straight forward. Luis and his crew showed up on time and completed the work in one day. I was amazed with how meticulous the clean up was. When the job was finished, Luis gave me a walk-around to inspect the work and ask any questions. Professional crew, great communication and excellent customer service!

I am writing this review to warn others about the dangers of this company in hopes to prevent others from experiencing the same nightmare we had to. I relied on Google reviews for their services and wish someone warned me. The below scenario has been assessed by the Building Commissioner, an engineer, independent roofing companies and professionals, unrestricted-licensed construction supervisor, and State Farm adjuster and they all agree that this roofing company botched our roofing job and failed to inform us that the structural integrity of the roof was compromised.

To be succinct, I had a deck over a rubber roof, which was leaking into my husband’s office ceiling beneath it. They demolished my deck, replaced my rubber roof and posts for the deck, but did so with poor quality. It did not pass inspection the first time with the Building Commissioner. They failed to flash the area properly and also failed to apply for a building permit when they replaced the posts of our deck, which our Building Commissioner has reprimanded us for. Most importantly, they left us with water deteriorated sheathing, LVL beams, and ceiling joists without letting us know that the structural integrity was compromised. The entire deck could have collapsed on top of my husband working in the office beneath if this were not caught early. It wasn’t until mold remediation came to remove and clean my husband’s ceiling that we were made aware of this. The building commissioner required for us to hire an expensive engineer to see how their negligence can be fixed. We have been in this mess since November 2022 and they have not returned our messages. In addition, the roof that they replaced does not drain properly and pools water every time it rains and does not dry off beneath the walking pads they left glued to the roof. A picture below shows how water pools on top of the roof and stays that way days after the last drop of rain, which we were warned by the engineer, other roofing consultants, and adjusters should not be that way. They all said that It’s inviting another leak to happen! I’ve also included pictures to show how they replaced some sheathing and failed to replace other water-damaged sheathing and it started to grow black mold. They basically ran with our $2000 deposit and left us paying extra money to fix the problem they left us. It’s a homeowner’s worst nightmare and we will take them to court. They have no sense of pride in their work nor a sense of responsibility or decency to their customers.

Luis and his team did a fantastic job replacing the roof and gutters on our home and garage and turned it around in a day and a half. They did a great job with all aspects of the job and we are very satisfied with the results and with the cost of the work performed. We would definitely recommend them to others who are looking to have work done on their homes and would definitely use them again for future projects.

LCT Construction did an excellent job on our re-roofing and were very efficient. They know what they are doing and are easy to work with.

Luis and his team are Pros. Due to an incoming storm he brought in 13 roofers to get the job done in a single day. He also has his own dumpster, which helps him be more efficient. I highly recommend LCT Roofing.

I am very satisfied with my experience with LCT construction (roof installation). The initial inspection and sales presentation were thorough and professional. The team arrived on time and completed the work in one day. Overall quality and attention to detail are excellent. The site was well-cleaned at the end of the job. The supervisor and workers were polite and communicative. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. And LCT had the lowest bid of the three contractors I contracted. I can't imagine a better outcome.

I had LCT Quote prices for a new roof, siding and gutters. Their quotes were competitive and for installing quality products ( NOT HOME DEPOT PRODUCTS) The crew was fast, meticulous and professional workmanship, and clean up everyday before leaving . I have had other family members use them as well. All were very happy with the quality and professionalism.

After comparing many quotes, I hired LCT to install CertainTeed Belmont shingles on my home. These shingles are larger than typical architectural shingles. They look like slate but they require very precise installation. The entire LCT crew was very professional and they did a beautiful job. LCT's pricing was also much better than most. I am happy to recommend them to others.

I got quotes from 7 contractors for a roof replacement and selected LCT. I could not be happier with the result. The pricing was most competitive, the agreement on the materials and plan for the project was clear. The team showed up on time and finished in one day. 5* service.

Top to bottom, working with LCT Construction was easy. Their 5 star reputation really speaks for itself. Starting with setting up onsite meetings for quotes, super professional and answered all my questions without hesitation. They explained their recommendations clearly. There were delays in getting the work scheduled but it was the city of Medford that provided that barrier. Worked with LCT to straighten that out. They dropped off the materials for the job, as well as the dumpster without issue. The team came out on a Saturday and did a great job. They left the property cleaner that when they arrived and they communicate. I can't ask for much more than that. LCT is top of my vender list now. I highly recommend them and will definitely be working with them again on other projects. You can feel secure working with them.

Yes they were fast and got the job done. But many cons. They were wearing the harnesses on the roof but we’re not strapped up to anything at any point. Kept moving the outside furniture so they could have lunch, and I understand everyone needs to eat but you can move the furniture back and you can also PICK UP YOUR BONES FROM YOUR CHICKEN WINGS. absolutely disgusting, I have pets who were finding them and if I end up needing to take them to the vet that will be a different story. Come clean up your mess. Because my dogs keep finding bones everywhere that your workers moved the furniture to have their lunch.

The roof replacement crew was on time, very professional and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. I will use them again for other roofing needs.

I received 5 estimates for a roof replacement, and LCT Roofing was by far the most honest, fair, and reasonable.
On the day of the installation, the installation team showed up right on time and they were very efficient and professional in all phases of their work -- setup, removal of the old shingles, installation of the new shingles and cleanup when the work was done. The job was complete in one day and the dumpster was also removed the same day.
Luis, the owner, showed up in the morning and at the end of the day to check on the progress and to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product. I highly recommend LCT and would gladly have them do more work for us in the future.

These guys are awesome…really. Been in the RE business for a long time and they can work for me any day.Showed up early, tarped the entire area including neighbors yard where we abut, did a great shingle job (3 layer removal and new install) and then cleaned up so you didn’t even know they were there. Excellent experience with this company. Needed our roof replaced and outer chimney replaced. James, the coordinator was helpful, professional and very informative. LCT roofing installed a new roof for us early April 2022. It was a two (2) day job that stayed on schedule. Oscar and the crew were great, they put up protection to try to spare our plants and bushes. They also were great about cleaning up and even helped me clean the beach next door because of wind the old under-layer material they removed got blown over there. They also listened to my concerns about a chronic leak. The owner Mr. Luis Castro was also very professional he called me back about rescheduling due to the weather and visited onsite to see about the leak being resolved as well before they wrapped the job. I would definitely recommend them for new roof installation.

LCT removed a chimney from our roof, filled the hole, and added shingles. They were prompt and very quick doing the job! Very professional.

Luis Castro provides exceptional service. He and his team are professional, courteous, on-time, cleaned constantly and completed roof and gutter installation in one day. They know their craft and they do it well, the roof and gutters look fabulous... I should have included siding! Would recommend to everyone! After meeting with four different roofing companies, we selected LCT Construction to replace the roof on our house, garage and a room we had added onto the back of our house. At the sales presentation, detailed information was provided on the products and the complete installation process. On the day of the installation, things couldn't have gone any smoother. The installation team showed up right on time and they were very efficient and professional in all phases of their work -- setup, removal of the old shingles, installation of the new shingles and cleanup when the work was done. The job was complete in one day and the dumpster was removed the next morning. Luis, the owner, showed up three different times during the day to check on the progress and to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product. We now have a beautiful new roof that I know will last for years. I highly recommend LCT and would gladly have them do more work for us in the future.

My whole experience with TLC was wonderful. The person who came to initially give me a quote was friendly and very thorough. He explained everything leaving me with no questions. TLC was very responsive when I called to schedule my Roof installation and I was able to schedule it sooner than expected. The day of installation went very smoothly. It was a 90° day yet everyone worked tirelessly till the job is done. My roof came out fantastic and I am feel very confident about the Quality of their work. TLC was professional and organized. They didn’t excellent job cleaning up as if they were never there. I highly recommend TLC.

LCT did a partial re-siding of our house. We went from cedar shakes to cedar planks on 3 sides. The final product is beautiful. Luis was very responsive to our needs and worked closely with us to make sure that all was done to our satisfaction. Next year we will have him come back and finish the rest of the house. The pricing was in the middle, and very reasonable. Very happy with the work and highly recommend!
