We dealt with Luke and Brian, who were very easy to work with and addressed all our concerns. They had our roof replaced along with skylights in less than two days. They did a good job and the price was very reasonable. We also had some wood replaced, and they were far less than the other Roofing companies we compared. We could not be happier.

Advantage Home Repairs was great to work with. From small jobs to large jobs they were responsive, reliable and great at clearly communicating and providing timely work based on our needs. We are extremely pleased with the work they did for us and will be using them again and referring them to our family and friends!!

There was no hard sales tactics as some other companies tried to demand things like both my spouse and I must be present before they would come to the house or attempting to push financing on us. We worked with Luke and he listened to what we wanted, gave his suggestions and opinions, followed up and did what he said he was going to do. From start to finish he answered any questions and even after the job was completed he continued to provide support on a few more things. We had Advantage Home Exteriors come and help tack down our ice belt panels that were turning up. They were efficient, helpful, and communicated well throughout the process. We were so appreciative of the work they did and very impressed with their speed!

Advantage Home Exteriors were great to work with from the start - they came prepared to discuss their services, with samples and pricing options, as opposed to other companies that did not bring sufficient materials or samples to help us assess and compare. My husband and I evaluated and selected Advantage over 4 other businesses. We agreed on dates (weather permitting) and they managed the actual install promptly, and were respectful of the neighbors with any disruptions. There was consistent communication throughout the process as well.

We only had an issue with the dumpster accessing our property (we are up on a hill with curved driveway) and they had to coordinate its placement and timely removal (pending at this time). But we are very happy with the work and our neighbors have already shared they love the color we chose! We highly recommend!
