I recently closed on a house in Summerville, South Carolina. Logan at Lawless home improvement was recommended to me by multiple people who are locals to Summerville. Since I came from Mount Pleasant, I didn't know any general contractors.

My wife and I decided to hire Logan to fix several issues with our home. Logan reached out to me to plan a date and time that would work. Logan showed up on time and with all materials specified to fix the problems. He completed the job. He then walked me through all of the work he did, and explain to me the steps he took to solve the problems. He was also just an overall genuine and pleasant dude.

Lawless did a great job repairing some drywall and mounting some splash proof material around my garage sink. He even hooked the sink back up, despite having to redo the drain a bit (plumbers didn't account for return of the drywall). The overall experience was good: communications for setting appointments, response to inquiries and was on time. I have had a number of handyman never even call back. Highly recommend. Lawless is flawless!

Logan installed a storm door and replaced a large broken window pane for us in a 1950's bungalow (nothing is square and some wood rot). It was for a fair price for the hours of work involved. He was very attentive to detail and did a terrific job. I would not hesitate to call on him again or to recommend him to others.

Logan was great to work with. He fixed two problems. He straightened the back door to the house and replaced a window sill that had been chewed up by the dog. What was impressive was his attention and care for the details. No job is too small. If you need home improvement work done around your house Logan is your guy.

Pinhole leak in our kitchen called for flooring, cabinet and drywall replacements. We even moved where our dishwasher was to make the kitchen feel bigger (The after picture doesn’t display the peninsula but we did keep it!)
