My wife and I are decades-long users of Laubenstein Roofing. Our most recent experience with Laubenstein was one day before the heaviest rains we have ever seen came through Mequon; we had a slow leak that would appear in the basement
after snowstorms and rainstorms, and we knew this had to be addressed. Al, a roofer for Laubenstein that we have had long experience with, had earlier pinpointed where the issue was located (a slight dip in the roofline where the chimney stack is located), and the day before the heaviest rains came, he came to make the repair. This repair involved removing multiple shingles and fashioning out of aluminum a shield for the affected area, blending it in with the roof and re-shingling. The repair is invisible, and even in the most recent, multi-inch rainfall that came the next day after the repair, there was NOT ONE DROP OF WATER that penetrated to show up in the basement.
There is a difference between having a roof repair done and having a roof repair done properly.
I cannot say enough good things about Laubenstein Roofing. If you need repairs to your roof, or guttering and down spouting, or roof replacement, I very strongly recommend this firm.
They’ve done amazing work in a timely fashion and always on budget! The workers are a delight and very knowledgeable. We have a 180 year old house and as suprises come up, we change he plan a little bit and it turns out better than expected:)
