Phenomenal experience with these guys. They were very responsive and got me a quote within a timely manner. They communicated with me on every part of the process. I needed new roof decking on a valley. Their team showed me where my original was rotting and worked with me on pricing new lumber. I’m loving the dimensional shingles and eave metal that matches my home. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

My experience with last time started out good, with both sales and installation. The problems started a few months and continued years later when I reached out for service support. First customer fail was with some noise coming from the gutters, which I believe happened due to the gutters loosening slightly during tear off of our old roof. Shouldn’t be a big deal, someone comes out figures out what is going on and fixes it, right? Nope! I even took a video and sent it to Leaf who basically said it was the soffit vents or the window and it was not their problem. Funny how a few gutter screws fixed the problem. Second customer fail was last year when I discovered the soffit was rotted due to water running past the end of the gutter. Bob said it was missing a “kick out”, that it was a common piece. I asked why it was missing, he said it was because the builder didn’t install it. I asked why, when they had full access to our roof, that it wasn’t addressed and fixed then??? He said that his guys didn’t have the experience he did and wouldn’t know what to look for. Not happy with the way this was going I asked what he was going to fix it and do to make it right? He basically said that it wasn’t their responsibility. I asked to speak to the owner Jamie and to this date no one has ever reached out. But ironically, just emailed for a review to let them know how they did?!?! This will be the LAST TIME I use or recommend them. Karma!

So if you want my advice, keep looking. How a company can stay in business by treating their customers like this is beyond me. I try to live by the Golden Rule. If you get paid to do a job, do the best you can but be honest enough to stand by your work if you make a mistake. If you do choose to work with them, get there warranty details in writing and then hold them accountable.

I have lived in my home for 40 years, every time I’ve needed anything done with my roof, or installed exhaust fans , installed and matched some metal on my soffit and installed at least 2 or 3 complete roofing materials after storms . If I could give zero stars I would. This is the WORST roofing company out there. My roof leaked after they repaired it so I complained about it. They told me they don’t guarantee roofs not paid for. When I told them I didn’t get a bill yet, they then sent me an overinflated bill from what they originally quoted me in my contract. Shortly after, they sued me & took me to court! I did win the case but my roof still leaks. They are not trustworthy and I cannot stress enough about how I do not recommend them.

They did an excellent job !!!! If you want a project done right and completed on time pick Lastime Exteriors. Great people to work with.

I would like to provide a recommendation for the work and service of Lastime Exteriors. I had used Tom Phlug And his team more than 20 years ago to install a new metal roof when the company was known as a roofing company, Lastime Roofing. I was very impressed with their knowledge and their work, but I was not aware that they had enlarged their scope of business to provide all exterior services. Unfortunately, when I needed new siding,(Not aware they now did siding projects), I did my due diligence and got three bids. The company that did my project performed substandard workmanship, and caused damage under the flashing/siding. I reached out to Tom, and he provided advice, counsel, and my best option forward. His company was very reasonable in cost to fix the problems, Provided timely service on an emergency basis, and were very professional in how they handled the situation.

Jamie was great to work with and delivered on everything he shared with me prior to starting the work. Roof and gutters turned out great, and they left everything nice and clean.

Lastime worked diligently to get windows and roof covered by insurance. Alan listens to what you want accomplished with a new look for your home, and does the work to make the dream a reality.

After the series of wind and rain storms that whipped through the Bellevue area earlier this year ripped up a number of my shingles and caused a leak on the second floor, I was at a loss of who to trust to help me navigate the extensive repairs that my home would need.

I was recommended Lastime Exteriors by a family friend and I am so incredibly thankful for that! Within an hour of calling their office I was contacted by Sam to start the process and within 24-48 hours they had an emergency tarp on my roof to prevent any more damage from the weather.

Moving forward with the actual repairs, Sam gave me both reasonable estimates for a full roof replacement as well as potential repair to the most damaged section of the roof. Once the damage was determined to be severe enough to warrant an insurance claim/full replacement of the roof, all I had to do was connect my insurance agent with Sam and he took it from there! All the potential items like gutters, water damage, back deck etc. were identified in the claim and the work was handled quickly and professionally by Lastime and their team who was extremely communicative throughout the whole process.

With the final invoice in hand, I can confidently say that I ultimately did not pay more than the cost of my insurance deductible (though I'm sure this will vary by your provider) but I am absolutely more than satisfied with the work and cost at which it was provided to me. Thank you so much to Lastime Exteriors as a whole and Sam specifically for helping get my home back on track. I'll be recommending you all to anyone and everyone who needs roofing work in the future!

Needed a new roof from a hail storm and decided to go with an upgrade. So glad I did. I selected a stone-coated steel roof installed by Lastime Exteriors, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Sam Minturn took care of me from the initial consultation to the final inspection. He was always available to answer my questions and made sure things were done right.

Lastime Exteriors has done more stone-coated steel roofs and been doing them longer than anyone in the area. When they talk about the benefits they clearly know.

The installation was quick and efficient. They kept the worksite clean and communicated clearly throughout the process. The finished roof looks fantastic!

Never been happier with Lastime Exteriors metal roof. We got a massive hailstorm last year and I ended up talking with Alan who was super helpful and easy to work with. I decided to get a metal roof so I wouldn't have to worry about another hailstorm. Here we are a year later and had another storm with 2+ inch hail and I don't have to worry about my roof! Never been so happy that I decided to go with Lastime Exteriors for my metal roof!

We used Lastime Exteriors when our church needed new siding and a roof due to a hailstorm. Sam and his crew were wonderful to work with, very courteous. The jobsite was always cleaned up each day and the work was exemplary. We have work that needs done on our home and we will be using Lastime Exteriors for those improvements. I recently realized my house had no attic venting. On the recommendation of a neighbor, I called LasTime. Alan Howell came out to do an estimate a day later, took some pictures and got back to me a few days later with a very reasonable estimate. The work was done a few days after that, and was very well done. The difference in my MBR (converted attic) was immediately noticable. The one hiccup I called Alan about was dealt with immediately. Excellent customer service and communication. I would definitely use LasTime again.

Lastime Exteriors did a great job working on my hail damage claim and coordinating with my insurance company. My new roof looks great and one of my neighbors commented that I have the best looking roof in my neighborhood.

Worst experience! Going on 2 years and still my house is not finished. Workers have left a mess, damaged my property and left things unfinished. The contractor gives excuses or just refuses to answer and I never get past the office manager when I call the office. Do yourself a favor and use someone else!!!

It has been almost 2 years dealing with this company and my house STILL is not done. The workers who came to my home left a mess, left several things unfinished and left damage to my property. When calling and messaging the contractor I get excuses and finger pointing but no solution to the problem. I have called the office and never get past the office manager. The workers cut the wires to my wired doorbell system and then said it was old and they could not fix it. The contractor said he would replace but that was in August and I still have no doorbell system . He also told me he wouldn't spend much money to replace my doorbell even though his crew caused the damage. I also still have a hole in the siding that the gutter guys did not fix and am getting the run around getting that fixed as well. The whole experience has been horrible!!!

Lastime Exteriors did a great job on replacing our roof after a storm. They came out and tarped it in time to avoid additional damage from another storm heading our way. They worked with my Insurance on replacement, had shingles ordered promptly and a dumpster delivered the day they began. They completed the job on time, completely cleaned up, and the roof looks wonderful. So nice to work with a professional team that's local to Omaha. I will definitely seek their services for upcoming projects.

I had siding damage from a windstorm. I stumbled upon Lastime and I couldn't be happier with them! From the very first phone call to their office to the finished product, I have been OVERLY satisfied with Lastime! The quality of the work they did was EXCELLENT! The cost was extremely affordable and the customer service I received was WONDERFUL! I absolutely WILL be using Lastime if I have any problems in the future!!! Jamie and the team did a great job of inspecting and repairing my roof after wind damage prompted an insurance claim. They promptly inspected the roof, submitted estimates to my property manager and insurance company, and then replaced the roof at a reasonable cost. Overall, I was pleased with their professionalism and service and would use them again.

The company installed a steel "cottage" roof on our free-standing screen house. The job was done quickly and accurately, with meticulous detailing. We're very happy with the outcome. It's been maybe five years since the installation, and the roof looks new, despite the occasional fallen branch.

Warning: Do not use this company. I’m regretful I tried, but all I received from this company was a leaking roof, a hand full of excuses, and a sick feeling in my stomach.

I was left with subpar work and a leaking roof that was caused by damage they did during the installation of the Leaf Guard system. The “salesman” they hired to install the system did an incredibly poor job, was extremely incompetent and unprofessional, made insinuations about my wife “bitching,” and bragged about witnessing a lewd act during his weekend.

A regret is that I gave them multiple opportunities to make it right which went on for over a month due to delays and excuses. I voiced my concerns to the owners and even discussed having to go to the Better Business Bureau because I felt completely helpless. I was told by one of the owners about the BBB: “that’s fine we’ve had complaints from the BBB before! And after you pay your bill you can go cry to whoever you want. Nobody cares!!” I was then called several names, which doesn’t surprise me given the lack of professionalism and the type of people that work at this place. I have never been treated so poorly. I’m still in shock that the owner of this business would feel comfortable verbally abusing a customer. Tim and Bob: If you’re reading this, hopefully it was worth it.

Lifetime Exteriors was so prompt in responding to 2 leaking pipe vents and with more heavy rain in the forecast I needed help right away! Tom responded with urgency and the same day they replaced 2 plumbing boots. Great customer service and Tom was so very nice to work with.

We used Lastime in 2013 to replace our wood shingle roof with stone coated steel. We've been in several hail events since and my neighbor is replacing her presidential asphalt roof done at the same time. Ours still looks great and the folks were easy to work with, we also just put in a shed using the same material to match the house. Looks great, hail rated and a great company to work with. Stone coated steel is the way to go...

Thank you for being able to work me in your schedule and help me get my soffits repaired under circumstances of dealing with the timing of another contractor to remove gutters, the rain and your contractor to fix my soffits. You all did a super job.

I appreciate the ease with which you all worked with me. I highly recommend your company. I wish I had gone with your company to begin with when I had my shingles and gutters installed a year ago. I don't believe I would have been in this predicament.

Jacob and Lastime did an excellent job on my house. I upgraded to Malarkey Impact resistant shingles and they look great. They also installed new gutters and window wraps. Looks like we have a new house!

Tom showed us several options, gave us places to see the roofs he has already installed. No pressure, we took the time we needed to decide between his options and others.

I had the best experience ever working with Sam Minturn and Lastime Exteriors. Their honesty, followthrough, and workmanship were top notch. They worked with my insurance company to get me the best deal possible. Very grateful and would recommend them to anyone.

SAM was amazing from start to finish working with my insurance adjustor to ensure nothing was missed. If you are looking for a company that is on top of everything choose Lastime. I do not like to waste time and Sam was very understanding with this work was completed in the same week of the request. I will use Lastime in the future for sure. Excellent service!!!! I ended up taking them to small claims court for the poor job they did on my roof . Shingles were falling off of my roof. The poor quality of workmanship was verified by an independent roof inspector. The company kept delaying the court date or would just not show up. In the end with Lastime finally showing up, the judge decided in my favor. I had to send the sheriff to collect the judgement however as they ignored the court ruling. So this is how the owners of the company are: irresponsible. It was a lot of work and perseverance for me but worth sending them a strong message and recouping some of my money.

We had a stone coated metal roof and gutters placed on our house. Jamie and his crew explained our options well and finished in a timely manner. Any problems or questions we had were immediately addressed to our satisfaction. We are very satisfied with their work.

Lastime did our roof and gutters when we built our house. They were one of the few contractors that showed up when they said they would! I was impressed with their communication and work. I would use them again.

Lastime Exteriors did a fantastic job on my 102 year old aunt’s home. The home is a 60 year old ranch style home about 2000 square feet. They arrived when they said they would, replaced her roof and left her yard and driveway spotless. My Aunt Esther was so pleased and said their bill was a bargain!

When our roof received damage from a bad hailstorm I called my Brother in Denver, since he is a roofing contractor. He knew my home was in the Happy Hollow area of Omaha and was a Colonial 2 1/2 story brick home and it is over 100 years old. He suggested a steel-coated roof that would not only look good on my style home but would keep the house cooler in the hot Omaha summer. He did some homework and told me that Lastime Exteriors was a certified company for installation of this type of roof. The representative was efficient and friendly. The crew was hard working and also efficient. Many people have complimented us on the look of the roof and I am sure it has added to the evaluation of our home when it is time for us to sell.

The June storm in 2017 totaled the roof on my 1930’s home and the roofs on all my rentals. I have now had 3 steel roofs installed by Lastime, and a tier 4 asphalt, with gutters on all plus siding and window/door wrap. I also had radiant barriers put in. The steel is not cheap, but well worth it. Prices comparative or rather irrelevant, as covered by insurance. The radiant barrier is comparatively cheap for what it does (it works!). Energy star shingles I can’t say yet whether worth it or not. Gutters were nicely done, so was the siding, vents and such. I can’t say they picked up every fastener, but who could? Crews friendly and worked to do it right. I primarily dealt with Jaime, one of the Pflug brothers I think. He was knowledgeable and responsive, and worked well with my insurance company stuff during a very busy time. Overall, my wife and I are very pleased, and would use them again.

Absolutely atrocious customer service and quality of work!!! Avoid at all cost. Zero stars is my real grade. You've been warned. I wish I would have trusted my gut after meeting with the Rep Paul from here. This was my first roof replacement from a hailstorm and it couldn't have gone worse. The guy Paul seemed scetchy and shady, but was recommended to me by a "no-longer" trusted source. Where to begin? They quoted a price $1200 less than the other bids, but came in $1000 more than quoted, making them about equal on cost. They lied. They never kept a single work start time across several different fixes, replacements, or repairs.They lied. Completion was suppose to take one 4-6 weeks, it drug on for a full six months. They lied. They stated they would clean up after the jobs were completed. I had to clean up myself. They lied. I'm still finding nails in the yard to this day. Very worrisome because I have young children. They lied. I'm looking out my second floor bedroom window while typing this and there's nails everywhere on the roof. They lied. They replaced light fixtures on the front and rear of my home and they are already loose and falling off. All-around shotty workmanship with little care for quality of work. I will end up spending an additional $1500 paying reputable folks to correct all the errors Lasttime Roofing's workman made. I don't know what did more damage to my home, the hailstorm or Lasttime Roofing's workman. I do know that a lesson was learned by myself, and it's the "Lasttime" I or anyone I know and can tell should use this company. They are the typical low quality, low care contractor company I heard nightmare stories about. The old adage that, Price rises with quality was very true here. My advice if you are reading this pay a little more and hire a reputable roofing company. Charles in Omaha.

Lasttime when to BBB website to refute and attack my review of them. Check BBB for yourself. Here's my reply: Your representative Paul "Is" the face of your business to the customer (myself), as well as the main point of contact for myself with your company. He was also the on-site person on each repair, as well as the person of contact between the insurance adjuster and your company. During the repair process of the roof, and several side jobs like: gutter replacement (still to this day unfinished), house trim repainting (still to this day unfinished) while your company was paid in full. I placed (no exaggeration) dozens of calls and text messages requesting repairs, updates, and better workmanship. Most calls went unanswered, unreturned, or when answered, "obfuscation or lies" flowed from your representative. The fact that your company is online here refuting me, verses fixing the core problems is in itself exhibit A that your company doesn't understand customer care or service. Your reply on here is the first real effort I've seen on your company's behalf, and even it is to further your interests, not the buyer of the service. You folks should have a F grade on BBB site. Stop making excuses. Reach out to customer. Fix the issue. Easy customer care formula that basic professional businesses know. Apparently your company doesn't. Shame on you...attacking a paying customer instead of the problem. Refuting me is cheaper than actually doing the job you were hired to do. Your company is the worst.
