Disappointed in their customer service and attention to detail. I ordered a storm window replacement way back in October and paid for it upfront. I hear no updates for over two months, so I called them up and turns out they've had it for awhile "back in the shed". That's irritating by itself, but when I got home and checked the frame, it was way off size in both width and height. Thankfully I have the receipt to prove it, but that is a ton of wasted time and energy (in the literal sense, we are about to enter another cold snap) that could have been avoided if they just did their jobs.
Nice people and very easy to get your materials and if you forget something they are more than happy to help you figured out.
