I am always pleased with the customer service. They men that come to work on my plumbing are always polite and professional. They also tend to come before the estimated time I am given when I call. I highly recommend this company.

They did a good job working on my heater, but if the price of a part is going to be substantially more than what you quoted. You owe me the courtesy and professionalism to call me and let me know. Not surprise me with a bill $300 more than what I was quoted.

Huge shoutout to Lamplighters! Called them frantic at 930a about a heater that went out in negative temps on a rental home of mine and even though they were extremely swamped they had my heater fixed by days end! Very appreciative of their abilities to fit me and and get it fixed in such a quick manner.

I can not say enough positive great things about Kevin of Lamplighters. You want things done right with knowledgeable, kind honest and truly caring, then this is the place to come with your needs. Have had them for different issues and always up front, honest and to tell you all about what is wrong and what it takes to fix it and more. Best there is and the best friendly helpful receptionist his wife.

Had issues with blockage to main sewer line from house. The guys were very knowledgeable and had problem taken care of in a timely manner.

These guys are awesome, they did a great job on a new heat pump install. I have used them for years and would highly recomend them!
