I had Cory power wash our house on 5/2/2024. We have all glass windows 35 ft high on the front of our house. Not only does our house look great, our windows look better than they ever have. We have had multiple attempts in getting our windows cleaned by multiple businesses and have never been happy with any of them. Cory sent us a reminder the day before he was coming and called the morning he was on his way. We have a 2500 sq ft house and it took him less than 2 hours to complete. Great job!

I needed my house trim and driveway power washed plus my gutters cleaned. I called Lakeside Power Washing and talked to the owner, Corey. I scheduled all these services and all were completed today. I am SUPER happy with the results. My house is thoroughly clean, my driveway looks great, and my gutters are leave free. Corey did an outstanding job. After he finished we walked the front and back of my house to be certain that I was pleased and, I was elated. Corey is a very professional business person. He is highly respectful, efficient, effective, and very knowledgeable about what he does. I’m a retired educator who wants everything completed correctly. Well, all of this was done so I feel it was money well spent. At least now I will never have to worry about my house being dirty again. I will call Lakeview Power Wash from now on. I had several bids to power wash my house and deck. I plan to stain the deck, so good preparation was an important criterion for me. Lakeview explained their two-step process to first kill algae and mold, and then lighten the wood with oxalic acid. Other bidders were just going to wash the deck with bleach. This convinced me to award the job to Lakeview, even though they weren't the lowest bidder. Quality was more important to me than price, and I got great value for the price. Lakeview arrived on time, had all the right equipment, and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them.

I am a general contractor turned engineer. I normally do my maintenance DIY, and after 12 years of pressure washing my house then hiring Lake view, I have never seen it so clean. They explained the chemicals they used, and how their process worked. They even gave some tips on how to clean the garage door lining, which had embedded mold. The price was very reasonable, and the service was well above expectations. I did call 4 pressure washer services, and while this was not the cheapest, it was by far the best value. They are true professionals, not just some person who bought a pressure washer and tried to get into the industry.

Excellent job..went above and beyond with our expectations. They did our entire house, detached garage and full yard fence and driveway. Huge job..even did the neighborhood sign which is on our property and had not been cleaned in years. Neighbors told us our white vinyl sided house now seems to be so clean it glows! Highly recommend and wish we could give ten stars!

I have a circumstance were I have my folks property to maintainer in Guntersville, but I live in Georgia. Because of my situation it makes an ordinarily situation more complicated to manage through.

Corey was GREAT from the beginning to the end. He was prompt & courteous with his quote (over the phone) and I was able to schedule the pressure washing with him within a couple of days, which was extremely important because I was trying to get ready to put the property on the market to sell.

When the job was completed he sent me pictures of his great results. Shortly thereafter I was able to go see the work he did, in person, and I was extremely pleased!

The house had alot of cobwebs and was very dirty due to being under alot of trees.
They did a good job everywhere except the back of the house. He explained they tried everything to get this green off. It took me 15 minutes to remove the green shown in the picture with a scrub brush. The rest of the house looks great and my garage doors are white again.The job was done quickly and the person I dealt with was very professional.
