Damir did a fantastic job restoring our front porch. I will work with this contractor again in the future. He did quality work and kept me up to date on the project. I would recommend him to anyone needing contract work done, especially on a porch/decking project.

They walked through our needs for the space, crafted a design that would be functional and aesthetic…as well as affordable. During the renovation, Damir provided necessary updates and timeline metrics. The team was professional and tidy and knowing remote work is happening; contained noise as needed.
The final product came in on time, at estimate, and exceeding expectations. We will use Lakefront Home Improvements for all our renovation, remodel and repair needs in the future.

He has given us fantastic advice on projects when we had decisions to make and asks questions that help us make better decisions about the work we are doing on our house. He prices jobs fairly, starts and completes work on time, and does a fab cleanup job. And when he's here, he works quietly, no small matter as we both work from home. Thanks to his professionalism, the fixing up of our home has been a lot more fun and a lot less daunting that we expected.

His work is quick and efficient and the level of his craftsmanship is hard to find. I was so impressed by Damir's outstanding professionalism and rapport from start to finish. We hired Damir to do a complete remodel of our kitchen. He did everything from demo, to drywall patching, to painting, coordinating with sub-contractors, and installing our new cabinets. His attention to detail and willingness to respond to any add-ons or questions that we had were second to none. We are very happy with the work that has been done and will be using him for future projects as well as recommending him to others that may need work done.

Enlarged our deck and added railings as well as a custom built grilling space. Wonderful job will definitely contact for our future addition!

Damir does excellent work. We needed pieces of the wood railings replaced on our decks. He was able to carefully remove the bad wood, put new wood back in its place, and make the new wood blend in with the pieces not needing to be replaced. The fixed areas look like new. We are very happy with what he did and amazed at how our railings look.
