Very professional contractor. we had a situation that he took care of in a timely courtesy manner. His exact words were make the homeowner happy. I recommend his work and ethical behavior. Is our situation up to high standards? Rain interfered but that is not on him. Thank you Gerard. Love the quality home he built. We trust we'll always be satisfied by him
