Very unprofessional service.
1. He refused to except credit card payment after I paid for his invoice with Visa and insisted on Zalle payment, so I asked to be credited on my Visa which took few days and after complete payment with Zalle I get ghosted by the sales person. Now I am trying to get refund and getting run around. I would not recommend to anyone to do business with PL steel

I'm I'm very dissatisfied with the customer service they don't even return phone calls tried to get pricing however would not even return a phone call I have used this business in the past and they have a hard time calling you back even when you're order is ready you have to do a lot of follow-up work when you use this company very dissatisfied. I would not recommend this company.

Hey I want to put a shout out to Rick at LP Steel in Stanfield. He helped us stay on budget and we were able to get more panels for our corrals and round pen.

Fairly quick but pretty bad customer service. Always check the roof after getting an awning. Most will leak and they say they will fix it and set up appointment only to be stood up multiple times. If they aren't making a few grand off a project atm than you probably won't see em. They didn't square up the awning, Had gaps, had to put on a flange twice the size they put on. We fixed all leaks and flange for less than 100$ so it's sad they couldnt finish a 5000$ project and skimped on 100$. Anywho make sure everything is done right while they are there or it won't be right til you yourself do it. Lol
