We had them install 2 egress windows for us a few years ago, and they did a wonderful job. The windows were exactly what we wanted & they were in and out in no time!
Tried to have them install egress windows. It took three calls and appointments just to get the bid. I should have known things wouldn’t improve from there. I scheduled a time for them to come out- an entire week that I took off work just to get this done. I called the week before to verify and was told yes they were still going to be there. Called on Tuesday the week of as I had not seen them and was told again it would still be done. When Friday came and still no sign of them, I called again and was told “I’ll have him call you back”. He never called. It’s extremely frustrating to take a week off work and have a contractor not even have the common courtesy to communicate with a customer ready and willing to shell out $10,000 for a days work. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother.
