Customer reviews reflect a predominantly positive sentiment regarding Kurt's roof and gutter cleaning services. Many users highlight his prompt communication, reasonable pricing, and professionalism, often noting that he leaves their homes clean after completing the work. However, a few reviews mention issues with communication, particularly instances of unreturned calls which led some customers to seek services elsewhere. Overall, while most customers express satisfaction with Kurt's work and reliability, there are notable concerns regarding his availability and responsiveness.
- Kurt is very professional and honest, providing great service at a reasonable price.
- He returned my call the next day and was able to complete the job within hours.
- He left our roof and gutters in 'like new' condition with no mess.
- Kurt showed up promptly and took care of additional tasks without extra charges.
- His quotes are competitive compared to other businesses, often significantly lower.
- I called multiple times and never received a call back, which led me to choose a different company.
- He promised to do the job but then disappeared and didn't show up as scheduled.
- Despite good reviews, my experience was marred by lack of communication.

I would give him a 5star rating except for the mess he has left the last 2 times here. We have used him for many years and he faithfully does our roof and gutters 2 times a year. Very fair price.

We have worked with Kurt for almost a decade. He is the best at roof cleaning and VERY reasonably priced. We know that the roof will look amazing after he works on it! Also- please understand that we live in the PNW. Sometimes rain is a factor when scheduling. Especially in the rainy season- he has to squeeze all the houses into a short window of no rain time! We appreciate his service!!!

Very professional and honest. This is the second time he's come out to help and he was great both times. I thought there was a problem with my gutters but it turned out to be something minor, but he noticed some moss on my roof and put some zinc down and still offered not to charge me. I would recommend Kurt for gutter repair and roof cleaning.

Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
