Okay thid was the worst experience I have ever had at a mechanic. I had a recall for airbag, they told me I needed critical repair on my ball joints, i checked it myself its fine. It just needs to have the power steering flushed which was making noises, $60 repair. They also took the belt off the compressors for my air conditioner so I would have to come back in when my car stops blowing cold air. I crawled under my truck and put it on the tensioner myself. I hope you never go here. This was the dirtiest mechanic experience I have ever experienced. And i saw guys try to tell me i needed my car rewired when i had a bad fuse. Straight crooks running these joints.

I absolutely love Kuhio Chevy/Nissan! Willie, Dustin, Renalto, and Christy in the service department are absolutely amazing! I have purchased 6 cars from them and they have been incredible every single time! Don’t waste your time anywhere else and let the fantastic people of Kuhio make sure you and your family get the best car for the best price!

Had a good experience with Willie but these guys gave me the runaround twice and I was trying to get my refund for a canceled new car reservation. Come to find out once I talk to Chevrolet. They said that the dealers have been telling people to call Chevy and that the dealers themselves don’t deal with it. But wouldn’t you know when the Chevy customer service lady called Kuhio to tell them to give me my refund (from a 3 week ago cancelled order) they suddenly were able to give me my refund. Pretty terrible and pretty sketchy..
Update- the was a miscommunication error and they had corrected the error unbeknownst to the 2nd rep I talked to. They had good follow up in resolving the issue. Came through on the end!

I had an incredible experience with Kuhio recently. I’m out of town for medical treatment and my car broke down. Kristy was able to fix it right away. I’m not even back yet and the issue is handled. My friend dropped it off and she contacted me by text. I didn’t need to call once and it will be ready when I return. I highly recommend seeing kristy for help fixing your vehicles.

Paul Brun always great to work with and the customer service he, Christy Bunao and the team deliver is top notch. Kauai can be hard on your truck and the team at the Kuhio Chevy Service Department do such a great job keeping it feeling like the day i bought it.

Paul and Christie are always extremely professional and accommodating with excellent communication skills. A very refreshing change from other service centers on the island. They also do a great job at keeping me notified throughout the day on status of my vehicle which greatly appreciated.

Paul has been our family's GO-TO Service Adviser for years. This time around when our 2005 Chevy Colorado needed a serious repair, Paul went to bat and pulled a clutch move to gain us a successful fix!!! The front differential broke on the truck, no factory parts were available, but Paul scoured his resources to find us parts that could put our truck back together again. This seriously meant alot to our family since our truck is important to our daily lives. To Paul Brun (Service Adviser) and George Guillen, Jr (Tech), words do not suffice the amount of care you took to bring our truck back to us. Please accept our simple Mahalo Nui Loa from our Ohana!

Do not take your car here for any maintenance. Their service advisor Paul Brun will lie to you about your warranty so that he may overcharge for your repairs instead of filing a claim. He said to me verbatim that he will deny any claim that he wants and hung up on me. He has no authority to approve or deny any claim on behalf of YOUR warranty. The claims advisor for you warranty is the only one who has authority to approve or deny any claims. Avoid doing business with Paul Brun before he tries to scam you.

I had some issues with this dealership in the past. However, I will have to say that after some minor speed bumps they have came through to be a great dealer and they stand behind their word. Great work!

I would highly recommend this dealership. Their service was excellent on every level. Dustin was my salesperson and I could not have found anyone more patient , thorough and caring. Both Dustin and Renato exceeded expectations in working with me and helping me find the car most suited for me and my financial situation.

Would give them a big fat ZERO! If It was an option!!!!!!! Roberto the manager Sold my sister a car that was having engine issues, within the 30 days the car broke down in the middle of the road. Went back they charged us $200 to fix it and nothing was ever fixed then went back several times for the same issue and yet still nothing was fixed paid over $600 in replacement parts. Now they stating I have to buy a new car. WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH!

Just had the best customer service over at Kahio Ford with Kanai Durant. I came in with zero credit and only $300 in my wallet. And an ego that told me I wasn't going to walk away with a car but sure enough Kanai was determined to help me walk away happy and I walked away with my dream car. He was very easy and willing to help me succeed in this journey! Highly recommend going to see him if you're looking for a great car and great customer service!

KBA has purchased about 18 vehicles, and I have personally purchased 8 different vehicles. Kanai Durant has always been my sales guy. He always makes the process easy and seamless. He is a no pressure kind of guy. He has never steered me wrong. My current vehicle is my DREAM truck and Kanai helped me put it together from picking out the tires and how much to lift it. It's PERFECT!! I have received great customer service from Ryan Mackey the owner all the way across the spectrum to Paul, Kristy, and Danny in the service department.

Bought a used vehicle from them, then not even a year of having it, many many problems occurred. I figure i would have the vehicle for a couple years without having a problem. Anyways, brought it to kuhio to fix and told me there was a whole bunch things wrong with it, so i fixed the problem, then the next 2 weeks there was a problem again, fixed it again. Then again another problem, i was so mad because i had to keep going and going back to them. After they fixed the problem again, i asked a friend thats a mechanic to check and see if there was any issues with the vehicle and i found out that kuhio mechanics was the reason why my vehicle had so many problems, its because they caused it, just so i would keep going to make money from me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING OR REPAIRING YOUR VEHICLE THERE!! BAD SERVICE!

The service department is the friendliest, goes above and beyond. The shuttle drive Liz is amazing. Keep up the great work, you bring joy to auto dealers.
