Would highly recommend KSA to anyone looking for water damage remediation. When our dishwasher leaked, KSA was able to come out and evaluate the damage within a few hours. We always felt confident in the work they were doing. They were friendly, effective, professional, and knowledgeable on every step of the project.

I recently hired KSA to do some work in my kitchen. They replaced some hardwood flooring and did some dry wall work. I wasn't expecting them to be able to match the existing flooring so well, but they did great. They were also able to work on my home while I was on vacation. They respected my house and I would trust them to do it again!

KSA has been amazing. When our pipe broke I called them and less than an hour, Kevin the owner was out assessing the damage. He and his employee worked for several hours to give an estimate to my insurance. He helped me with the insurance process since this is a new experience for me. Within the next 3 days all three bathrooms were completely gutted and he promptly got us a trailer to use with a full bathroom. He built a temporary door where our garage is so it was easier access to the trailer from downstairs. They were spot on about the demo and helped me understand the process. Christian and Kevin are both very personable and spent a lot of time to make the situation as good as possible. I’m excited for the repair next and I’m so grateful to have found them.
