Bob and his crew came out and did a fabulous job repairing our picture window and 2 bedroom windows. They were here and gone in the less than an hour. Very pleasant to work with.

We had an amazing experience with Bob. He came out to fix our window and was polite, professional and efficient. He did a great job and resolved the issue quickly. Our experience with him will definitely keep me coming back for any future issues. Highly recommend!

Kroll installed 5 double hung windows in 2022. Today I had a window that came out of track on one side. Called Kroll Windows and serviceman Bob came out within the hour and put it back. Patiently taught me 1) how it happened and 2) how to fix it myself. Also had tips to add longevity to my windows. He was very nice, didn't charge me for visit, and I was very pleased.

We called Kroll because the seal had broken on one of the windows they had put in. It had a lifetime warranty. Bob called back very quick and gave us all the information we needed to get a new window. He called us as soon as he got it and brought it out to us. Now we have a new window with no fog inside. Bob is the greatest we enjoyed working with him.

Our experience with Kroll Construction has been exceptional. Given that our home is an 1800s farmhouse with multiple additions, no project is ever straightforward. The owner recognized this and personally came out for the initial visit to help us develop a comprehensive plan to re-roof the entire house, resurface the balconies, add new railings, and install three new toilets.

The project has been completed in stages, and we've had the opportunity to interact with several project managers and crews. Each team has been professional and responsive to our questions and concerns. As expected with a home of this age, we've had to adjust our plan a few times. I've been impressed with the varied expertise on the Kroll team and the level of collaboration the project managers have had with one another, with their workers, and with us to find the best solutions and to help us make informed decisions about our options.

We are also very pleased with the quality of the work completed thus far and appreciate the crew's conscientiousness in keeping the work area clean at all times.

The railings should be installed this week and I will provide an update with photos once the project is finished.

After getting quotes from three companies we decided to go with Kroll Construction. We were assured by our salesman that they do not outsource labor. That could not have been further from the truth. Not a single worker spoke English as a first language. Even the foremen said he was from Guatamala and not a Kroll employee. Not one worker used any sort of safety equipment while crawling around on our 12x12 pitch roof. All that aside, they did do a good job and we have had zero issues so far. The work they did included all new shingles, new 5” gutters and gutter guards. The house looks great now. Have never heard a follow up from our salesman and he never showed up during the process to check on things.

Did a phenomenal job on the exterior. New windows, front door, and paint. Very happy with the work. Robert did a gret job up front explaining the process and working the pricing. The installers did a great job putting everything in. There was a manufacturer defect issue on an item, but the service call was set up immediately to fix and they got out and made everything right in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

I feel like construction companies and sales people get a bad rap, but over the last year I have been able to witness first hand the ways this company constantly goes above & beyond, and the improvements they are making every day. RUN FAST from this family owned business. I was hesitant to write this review because I do still need assistance with my home however too many times we allow businesses to take our funds our hard-earned money and provide us with poor to no service and say nothing. I'm beyond disappointed with the siding job that Kroll construction did for me. Allowing Kroll construction to install the siding at my home in 2014 was the worst mistake I could have made as a new home owner. When shopping for a company they sent a senior representative out to speak of their experience and the great quality work that they do to reel you in. All the signs were there, the materials were left in my driveway for over a week before work started. They sent only 2 installers for the job a senior male and female who were not skilled to do it alone. The company failed to apply under padding to the siding making it very weak and hollow to the touch. There was no attention to detail No care to the finishing touches such as the windoor paneling, patio and garage door, front porch pillars or side shed. All now have areas that are separating since only held up with small tacks. When I questioned the service at installation and complained they sent a senior rep out to intimidate me into signing a document before they would fix concerns related to the quality of the work at that time or there would be no fixes. Fast forward 10years and I am still having falling siding in random areas and fixing the imperfections to avoid contacting Kroll because the staff aren't as nice once they find you have a problem concerns. Kroll was happy to advise that I'm no longer a priority for this business because my job is an old one! I doubt if Kroll finds time to come and fix my insignificant job as they continue to show me they don't value my business. I have to find a new contactor to fix the work. I encourage anyone looking for quality work to be done in their home to search elsewhere.

My dining room picture window had fogged up and Bob from Kroll Construction really went above and beyond to help me obtain a free replacement window by helping me with the warranty process and only charged me for installation. He stopped over three times to make sure all details were correct and promptly responded to any texts i sent him. I was very impressed with his services. Bob was very personable and professional. My replaced window looks great!
