The workers did an great job at explaining the issue of the water leak.
Also the lady working the phone had no problem telling me that someone would be out today to fix it %100. They also showed me photos of the issue and the after work...

Had a great experience from start to finish.

Al's crew had my whole roof stripped, repaired, and re-shingled in only a few hours!

I will be recommending everyone I know to use this company, and will definitely use them again for any roofing project I may have in the future!

I had a leak on the roof ,on the left side of my skylight so when it rain or snow it would leak in the house from the ceiling. They came on over and gave me a reasonable price and they fix the problem the same day with no delay they are great I have log them in my phone .And will recommend them to everyone

I wish I had gotten her name. They came out the same day. My concerns were turned out to be minor, but were able to be repaired the same day. WOW! In the midst of a time where it seems to be so difficult to find available home renovation/repair services, Big Al's Roofing was super responsive and QUICK! I had some roof damage from the heavy winds we had over the weekend. I called Big Al Monday morning. I had the roof inspected after the onstall and gotten several things back that were wrong. Ridge wasn't venting out. the inspector said it could cause mold damage in the attic. it was already letting water in on the so flashing details done wrong. would not recommend 2 out of 10 on install and sales people cause they don't even wanna answer the phone anymore

I couldn't be happier with Big Al's Roofing. I called and the technician came out that very same day. He climbed up on the roof (in very cold weather), found the problem, quoted me a price, and fixed the roof. While he was up there the technician found where the edge of the membrane was loose in another spot. Without any further billing beyond the original price, that section of roofing was fixed as well. Both men I spoke with were kind, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely use their services again.

Big Al's crew came out last weekend and did a complete tear off, we added new gutters, some trim work and needed chimney repair as well. They did a great job! Crew worked fast and they were friendly. I had a leak due to some blown off shingles, and Big Al's had it fixed within hours of my noticing. Very pleased with the repair work, and would highly recommend!

Al's crew showed up at 7:30 am May 9th 2020. They did a complete tear off of house and garage. They also replaced all roof boards on house. They cleaned up everything very well and were done by 3 pm. Very pleased!!!

Original post: I have tried calling Big Al to get some information about roofing and to get an estimate. I have left multiple messages over the course of two weeks with only one return call by a woman who could not answer any questions or set up a time for an estimate. She said Al would call me back, but you guessed it, Never heard from him. If this is how he treats prospective customers how would he treat me when I called for some warranty work? Absolutely no chance I would ever give an operation like this my business.
