I cannot say enough about Walt Krisa and his team. Walt helped my elderly dad, and our whole family, out of a jam in a very big way. A bathtub flood caused extensive ceiling and wall damage -- right before the house was to be listed for sale ... and right before Christmas ... with people dropping like flies from Covid everywhere. It was a very tense time. We were warned that contractors everywhere were booked solid but Walt bent over backwards to help us out and get people on site ASAP even though he was already busy. They did the work swiftly, perfectly, with great communication, and with the utmost professionalism and care for the property. We are grateful to Krisa Contracting and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Service: Stabilized balcony. I had a closing for the sale of my house in a week and I noticed my balcony was sagging. The oil tank, which was next to it, had just been dug up about a week prior. Walter, the owner of this company, did everything possible to accommodate me . He used whatever means he had to as the ground was frozen to get the job done. He got it done 5 days before closing! He and his staff saved me! He is such a nice person and very fair for the work that was done.
I definitely recommend his services and will use him for any future work I need. Great guy!
