KRB Contractors

Horrible. Do not use. I paid him to do roof, gutters and siding. The gutters were not installed properly causing a flooding issue on my front porch each time it rains. He came to my home and created a problem. I've asked him to address it for over a year. He refuses. He shows up at my home when I'm not here. He won't set an appointment. He says he stands by his work but he doesn't. Next stop Better Business Bureau and then court.

In response to Robert W. Blouse below:, please note the following:
1. It's not a minor overflow issue, it a waterfall of water coming over the poorly installed warped gutter. in heavy rain. But good of him to admit that he caused a problem. I have videos of the before and after should anyone like to see them.
2. I'm not married. The person he's referring to is my friend's husband. They were staying with me for a bit. He's not even the homeowner. I asked Robert on multiple occasions, not to come to my home when I'm not here. He wouldn't listen. He came, that guy knew I asked him not to come when I was not here. I have no idea what he said to him, it's not my problem. Had Robert respected his customer's wishes, it would not be an issue. The assumptions!
3. He did come in July 2024 and offer the quick fix. As I explained to him at the time, I didn't want additional items added to a new roof because if I want to sell, it would look like an issue with the roof, (which it is caused by him), I'd rather have a full repair. He wanted to cheap out. I didn't get a new roof and gutters to have a newly created issue. Who does that to customers? Not only has he damaged my property but he devalued it.
4. I've given this predator every opportunity to do the right thing. He clearly won't. I'll get him in court and he will pay for all the damage he caused, too. I also paid him extra when he finished the job. Ladies, stay far away from this guy. He's bad news.

Robert was beyond great. He is very knowledgeable with his roofing expertise. He was professional and very accommodating to my needs! Couldn’t thank him enough for all he did to repair my families needs for our home.

It was great working with KRB to get my roof replaced. I would use them again in the future. I would recommend them to my neighbors or friends.
