We had a few scheduling issues but once that was resolved the work crews did a great job. They were punctual and professional. I had several things done to my home, all to my satisfaction. I would use them again.

We have used Handyman On Call for several projects. This time we had them renovate our basement steps. We had a great experience with The contractors. They were on time and very professional. The work was great. We even received a jar of cookies as a thank you gift as well as a gift card to help with our next renovation.

I used Handyman On Call LLC to paint three bedrooms, install crown molding as well as new closet doors in each room. The job required several days of work and they did an excellent job with minor disruptions to our daily routines. I have used them before and will continue to do so.

The entire experience from estimate to completion was great! The work was completed in a timely manner and at cost of what I was estimated!

I heard through a neighbor who only deals with reputable companies that this company was more reasonable than most and could do a good job at anything. Russell from Handyman-On-Call came out to assess the jobs I wanted done and give me an estimate. He said the minimum fee charged is $489.00 even if what you wanted done was less. My cost would be $618.00. He said a deposit of a third of the cost was due before the job began. My specific tasks were
1) Remove 2 small cabinets above refrigerator, a bit of painting around the area and attach just the cabinet doors back on the wall where the cabinets were for aesthetics. The purpose of removing the cabinets was to give a required 1.5 inch clearance above the new fridge to be installed next week in order to give it appropriate ventilation all around the fridge for proper ventilation. Currently there is barely a quarter inch. 2) Purchase and install a cut to fit rug for a downstairs bathroom that I would approve prior to the day of work.

Everything went downhill from there. When Erik contacted me to schedule the job, he informed me that since my total cost was less than $999.00, I didn't need to pay an initial deposit. Ok, moving along.....the worker that came out a week later was not the one I requested, he didn't speak much English and didn't understand the job. It took at least 15 minutes for me to again explain what needed to be done. He took down the cabinets then said he didn't paint. He then called the office to talk to them about it. In the meantime, I received a text from yet another person who sent me a picture of a rug from Home Depot asking if it was the right color. I said it looked like a good color. The worker at my home went to pick up the rug. When he came back it was a substandard cheap cheap cheap piece of floor covering that cost about $20.00.

That was the last straw!! I called the office and told them that the day was a disaster and said this worker could not do the job and needed to leave. I further explained that they needed to totally forget the rug for the bathroom but someone who is skilled and competent needed to finish the painting and attach the cabinet doors to the wall. The office apologized profusely saying they would send someone out the next week to finish the job. They deleted the rug from the bill and changed the invoice to reflect the change.

The new worker, Francisco, came out today, looked at the job to be done and completed it very satisfactorily.

It may have been an unusual occurrence but it was indeed frustrating, exhausting and inconvenient and although Francisco saved the day on one task, there no way I can give a good rating and will probably be apprehensive of all handymen for a while.

They were responsive to my request, Larry is a wonderful on-site estimator but there was a mix-up with the contracted quote and what the workers thought it should cost… more than double! I had to push back HARD but they honored their agreement and the work was done quickly and well! The follow-up requests for the remaining payment were overly frequent, annoying, any borderline insulting given that I’ve had Handyman do MANY jobs for me. At the end of the day, they did the job well, I know it was a reasonable price (in the end), and they did it relatively quickly. An agreeable end with slightly inconvenient means… I recommend Handyman but do your homework and stick to the deal.

We had some problems at the beginning of the work. Russell was able to solve everything and the progress from that on was satisfactory.

Javier's work was excellent. He did everything we asked for in a timely, neat manner. The old fence that he replaced was finally picked up. I would definitely use your company again, if needed.

I am very pleased with the work Handy Man On Call did in my home. They sent two workers. Each one did their job in my home. They came on time. They took their time and did a perfect job. They were very neat and cleaned up after each time they completed the job they were doing. I would call them again for further jobs

I’ve used them for 3+ years now for a variety of jobs (attic insulation, power washing driveway, install utility sink, install ring camera, fix a loose cabinet door) they do just about everything. All technicians professional and friendly, good communication they let you know when running late/ arriving early etc. Will continue to use !

Handyman on Call gave a free estimate and when I decided to proceed with the work, scheduling was fast and they showed up on time. Their prices are very competitive and fair. Handyman On Call LLC recently installed a radon mitigation system for my home. The work was performed excellently in a timely manner and a follow-up was performed to confirm the system is functioning efficiently. A follow-up radon measurement indicated the system is evacuating the radon gas effectively resulting in readings well below the acceptable level. Thank you!

Handyman On Call LLC repaired my attic window today which had suddenly fallen off. I am very please with the job they did. For almost two months, I had been unable to find someone to do the job because of the height. Some folks came and were trying to sell me new windows instead. I was fortunate to find Handyman On Call LLC in "The Real Yellow Pages". I contacted them and they sent out Larry Bryans to come take a look and provide me with an estimate. He explained what needed to be done. The required parts were ordered and the technician came today and did the repairs. I am definitely a happy customer and now I know who to call when I have issues in my house.

Thank you Handy Man On Call -Robinson and Rueben were great! My gutters are cleaned - and the pictures and 70+ lb. mirror were expertly hung with meticulous attention to detail. I appreciate their professionalism and promptness. I appreciate the time they took ensuring the work was perfect even going the extra mile to place two pictures where I originally decided rather than allowing me to change the location to make them easier to hang because the studs were not where needed for stability. Robinson was right- when he told me not to change my mind on the original placement location because I would not be happy - they made it work-professionally (using the right tools/equipment to hang securely). Handyman on Call moved and reinstalled an 8’ handrail and installed a new 12’ handrail to our second floor. They also painted the upstairs hallway and stairs that are very difficult to reach. The gentleman was meticulous in his painting and his craftsmanship was excellent. We’re very pleased.

All work was done perfectly, leaving everything clean and neat. The technition from Handyman on call was pleasant, patient, and skilled.

Three various small repairs were made and done well. That said, the estimate and the ultimate cost for the repairs, although identical, were larger than I anticipated.

things were a little rocky in the very beginning getting the project going (porch and fence repair) but speaking with Eric and Frank and getting to meet Dallas to complete the project was great! they truly care about their customers and will go above and beyond for you to make sure you are happy and everything is done correct. I would not recommend them due to their questionable business practices regarding how they go about offering a quote for a service.

Last year they had someone come out and quote a fews services for me which included the cost to "replace my bathroom ceiling exhaust". They quoted $975 just for the ceiling exhaust + another $175 to paint the ceiling. Which is outrageously expensive.

In reality I emergently needed my kitchen garage disposal completely replaced and they were the only ones that could do it in that time period I needed. So I agreed to the quote.

But when they got there it wasn't not sitting right with me the exorbitant amount they quoted for the bathroom exhaust. Even the tech that came out to do the job did not agree with the assessment. So I told him not to do that. He did replace the garbage disposal, no problem.

The issue is, regardless if they do the job or not they charge you a certain percentage of the quoted price so I still had to pay a percentage of the entire quote even though I only got the garage disposal replaced.

Fast forward i had another contractor come in to do work in the bathroom and when I got home the fan exhaust was working fine.

They said it just wasn't connected so all they did was connect the power and it is working till this day.

So long story short the initial guy that did a quote did not even look at the fan exhaust. It did not need to be replaced and it definitely did not require cutting up my celling and changing the entire system like he had quoted for. Worse case it would have only needed a new fan exhaust vent which is $50 at home depot.

So I feel like they quote an insane cost so either way they get their money even if you back out from doing the service. I shouldn't have had to pay toward a quote that was completely wrong. So I would not recommend them.

Mike was good. He walked me through the whole process. Very happy with my installation of doorbell Camera and front and back lights.

The work done on April 18, 2025 was excellent. I learned more about the worker's background than I needed to know and he took upon himself to save me money by turning off a light.

Prompt, professional, reasonably priced service. I was really impressed with how the plumber who worked on my bathroom was so efficient and quick, and also left no mess behind. Really pleased.

Misunderstanding of work to be performed however once issued resolved I was very pleased with completed job and performance of workman.
