These guys are outstanding to work with! I cannot say enough good things about them. They are super knowledgeable about dealing with insurance and ever patient, answering every question I had clearly and quickly. They basically walked me through the entire process of dealing with insurance, which was very appreciated and a huge relief on my part, and I really got the feeling that they were on my side the whole way through. I was in bad need of a roof repair. I had one company come and they tried to get the insurance to pay for wind and hail damage but the guy who came to do the appraisal came to the house when it was raining. I didn't hear from them after. I thought I didn't know what to do next. Then Knock On Wood Roofing and Construction came by and they was very friendly. They said just give us a try . We will do everything we can and they did. They got the roof reappraised. They worked hard with the insurance. I now have a beautiful new roof on my house. They was also able to help my neighbor get a new roof. Thanks so much guys!

Had leaks in fireplace. Chimney cap was replaced but leak persisted. Edgar came out a few weeks ago and replaced the flashing around chimney. Pouring rain today and no leaks!! Shrum employees are always courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is having roof problems.
