I just got a roof and gutters put on my 3300 sqft rancher by Knight Exteriors (Eric Knight). It's absolutely perfect. I have never seen such care and quality from a contractor. Eric is super responsive to all aspects of the job. We couldn't be at our home when they did the work, so Eric sent pictures of the progress every day. The price was competitive with other quotes, but the quality of products, quote detail, warranty, recommendations to save a buck, etc. were top shelf all around. Don't hesitate to give this company a call if you need roofing or gutter work they are outstanding.

Eric and his team at Knight Exteriors were professional, efficient, and affordable. We did not need a huge job done, but they were able to assess the issue and fix my repair within a couple of days.

I called Eric, the owner because i needed just one broken window replaced. He explained that businesses are going to charge a lot for just one window because it costs a lot for them to send out technicians for just that. Most places have a 6 window min. He suggested I contact a handyman instead and it would save me a lot of money. Most businesses wouldn't do that. They would go ahead and fix the window and charge me an arm and a leg. These guys are very honest and transparent. Very refreshing! Definitely would recommend them just for that fact and if I need any bigger projects I will be calling them. Great people!

A+ work with small town customer service. I hired Knight Exteriors to re-shingle my roof. The new architectural shingles look great. I could see the workers' pride in their work. The price point was very reasonable, and Eric personally provided consistent customer service. Looking forward to seeing what else he and his crew can do to spruce up my place!

Recently requested Knight Exteriors to quote gutters for my home. Eric came out the next day for a site check. He gave me some good advice based on the design and size of my roof. I had an estimate with license and insurance letters two days later. His guttering crew had a cancelation and I have an excellent gutter install inside of a week! Beautiful work, tight joints with everything impeccably fitted to the structure. The gutters were formed on site, so there are no seams and the finish of the material is perfect. Not a scrap of anything is left behind. It doesn't get any better for service or quality. A+!

Knight Exteriors did an extensive makeover on our home which included new cedar shake siding, metal wrapping, front door, shutters, and railings. I absolutely do not know where to begin. This company is unlike any other company I have ever worked with. I reached out to Eric to get an estimate for a screened in porch.He was very quick to come over and do just that ! He explained exactly what we would need in great detail and quoted us a very fair price. However, that price was still out of our price range. We were attempting to build this deck for our daughter who has a heart condition that unfortunately only has a life expectancy of 7-12 years old. The owner had no idea about this condition until after the estimate. He then went about taking his own free time to reach out to different contractors to see if they were willing to donate material and after some very generous donations, we paid about half of what was quoted. But this review is not about a discounted deck , this review is about a company that took a job that did nothing for them. They made no money off of us after paying for material and paying for the labor. We never asked them to do this , they saw a need in their community and made it their goal that a four year old little girl would have better accessibility to enjoy her favorite thing ( the outdoors) without all the elements getting to her . Their work , communication, professionalism and patience are out of this world . We are humbled to know they showed us an act of love and kindness which out personal gain . This company is far more then a knowledable professional and hardworking team. They’re angels. Thank you Lord for Eric.

We had to do a roof replacement that we weren’t expecting. We contacted several roofers and decided to go with Eric Knight. He was very responsive, professional, guided us on making the right decisions for our home, and fixed several issues that we had not yet discovered. We were very pleased with the entire experience. He was frequently on site, in constant communications with his team, and just made the entire process fun. I would use him again for other projects around the house without hesitation.

I honestly don’t know what we would have done without Eric and his team. Our roof leaked on our very first night in our new home. We were very distressed and Eric himself showed up at my house the next day. Though it was bad news, his reassurance and expertise let us know we were in good hands. He pledged to us that he would see us all the way through a very difficult process and he kept his word. He was patient through weeks of dealing with the insurance company and when we finally determined we needed to go forward with a replacement, he did it for a very reasonable price. His professional team of roofers worked nonstop removing our old roof, reflashing posts and chimneys, installing new roof vents, and putting on beautiful new shingles. I was astonished at the pace they worked and at what a beautiful job they did. His skilled carpenters needed to lay new deck boards and build new hand rails on a deck that had to be partially removed to access the roof. They did such a wonderful job and it looks so much better and feels much more secure than it ever did before. The best part of this whole experience was he built trust with us and kept it. He checked in every day, multiple times per day while the work was being done and he was always just a phone call away. I never had to wait and wonder if things were being done right or if I was going to be able to get ahold of him with questions. He always took his time and made us feel that our home was his priority when he was here. He is a kind man with integrity and an expert at his craft. I would recommend him to anyone looking for roof work.

They stained the gables and front door of my house. It was a tough job because the gables are so high. They did a great job, were very friendly and polite, and the work looks great.

Knight Exteriors repaired a substantial leak coming from the top of one of my windows. Erick was professional and has a quality crew of tradesmen. They were able to diagnose the problem, repair the issue, and replace my original siding. Furthermore, they put in a couple of more measures to direct water away from this window, which is positioned under the end of one of my gutters. Appreciate the work this team did and will call upon them for future home repairs or projects that come up. I recommend them for your home projects.

I noticed on Friday (6 Jan) that a piece of facing had been sheared off by the wind. I found Knight on Google, and requested a quote. Eric was awesome enough to come out on a Sunday to look at the issue and give me an estimate. 2 days later, the issue was completely resolved. The repair looks great, and the service was awesome. I really enjoy supporting local businesses, but I enjoy it even more when they do a good job. I will definitely use Knight Exteriors for any future siding/roofing repairs!

Knight fixed some storm damage for me that occurred right before the military moved me and I needed to sell my house. Great owner that was on site during the job. Seasoned and professional crew members. Better value than Major League and other local companies.

We searched for someone to repair our wood siding for over 2 years (I guess this is a dying art), when our neighbor suggested Knight Exteriors. Eric was very good at explaining what would be required and kept us informed during the process. We then had them paint the house and install new gutters. We would not have kept him around for so long if we were not pleased! This is a good, reliable company.

I saw their crew doing a roof down the street and liked what I saw impressed me. I went through their website. The owner called me shortly and came the next day. I had an educated idea what my roof should cost and his price was right there. On the scheduled day his crew arrived at 7 am and stripped the roof. The crew was efficient and timely. They ran a magnet over my yard to check for wayward nails and left the area clean.

Eric came to do a "simple" replacement of a rotten post on my porch. After talking to him about our design, which he agreed and added his professional opinion, it turned out amazing. During the project things unraveled. He was honest on what to do and the potential of the "maybe". Long run, we're beyond excited of the final product. His crew was amazing. Knight Exteriors is great. Eric is very professional. He fast to respond and openly available to answers questions by phone or text. He work works very hard to be fair, honest and straightforward. He did an amazing job on the deck. He work with us on deadline and meet it, which very rare with contractors these days. Way to go Eric.

From the very first phone call to schedule Eric Knight to come out to my residence is was nothing but top notch service. Between daily conversations with Eric, rather it be phone calls or pictures of progress via text he made me feel comfortable knowing that I made the right decision with bringing him and his crew aboard to tackle my needs at my property. There was even evening walks around my property everyday to make sure I was happy and to explain where they were at in the process of the complete facial/soffit which included replacing rotted wood and metal wrapping everything.

Knight Exteriors will be my goto for all my exterior needs from this point out!

Knight Exteriors did an excellent job on our home. They wrapped all exterior wood around the roof with aluminum and installed 6 inch gutters. The work done looks very professional. Last minute they were also able to put new vinyl siding on the back in a way to prevent bees from living there anymore.
I highly recommend them for exterior work and plan on using them for other exterior projects in the future. The picture is of example of before and after the wrapping.

We had Knight Exteriors do a complete removal and reinstallation of siding and wrap, replaced two sliding glass doors and install gutters. They were extremely responsive, had excellent communications and showed up when they said they would. They work they did was excellent. I would highly recommend them for any project large or small.
