Easy in easy out with lots of parking and
over night parking is ok as well no restrooms though but there’s a truck stop right off the exit 1 mile away

Products still decent enough but the boxes they have started using are absolute garbage using the hand holes should not cause the box to tear apart i get trying to be eco friendly but the box should at least last long enough to make it to the site without becoming so flimsy simply lifting it causes it to crumble under its own weight

First time delivery here and had a great experience. Haul tanker and the offloading area is set up nice and bright. Jordan was amazing at explaining the procedures and policies. Thank you again Jordan for your professionalism and help, definitey made my job much easier. I would love to make this a regular stop, it was fast and easy!

I am very early and Mary Trees on C crew is the best shipping clerk I have ever done business with, I don't know how the rest of this will be but she put me in a door right away

Well my experience was great..... went to try at the directions of Peter Paul...... got loaded a day early. I really don't know how long they took must not have been too long. Now it was a little confusing on where to go.

At 8: Am I checked in at the 1st building i got loaded fast ,then they send me 2nd Bldg im sitting in over 6 hrs when ever I ask them how long it takes you to finish loading there always 1 word, when you see the Green light
Please avoid to come to this place
I will not be back again

Man I love going here. It's always easy getting in & out. Loaded trls are not hard to find either.

Not a bad place most of the time they will have your load ready, the people you will interact with are pretty good people

Parking outside on the street dead-end circle turn around,t
,also a circle k and pilot truck stop like 2miles or less,what I thought was so amazing you know how we go in these places picking up at night well the check in lady said when I get there someone will be waiting back there it was I felt safe here getting my preloaded trailer in woods dark but no worries these companies send you to p u a load they don't know all these places are not fenced in great place to pu ,be safe ,later

I load here often. Mine supposedly are drops and hooks. Which is fine, but it's a 50/50 shot. If you are live loading and you go rite to a door. About 2 hrs, if you got to wait on one truck 2.5 to 3 hrs. 3 hr if you got to go to two different doors. 3 to 4 for everything else. I haven't had to wait more than 4 hrs. I come here about 1 a month.

Me and 3 other swift drivers were supposed to be picking up preloaded trailers but now we are all waiting to get live loaded but we all have to use the same dock which is taking forever! I’ve been to this place since 2:30 pm it’s now 8:30 pm and there’s still 2 trucks ahead of me

Most of the freights are floor loaded knowing this will save you so much headache, despite the negative reviews I got loaded a day earlier than my appointment time, everyone helpful & the service was great.

Although to get my full load I had to go to both buildings I commend the people for as fast as they work for what they had to do this is a by appointment facility but they do have a place to park and they do allow you to come in when you can thank you people for being really really friendly toward the drivers

En verdad e tratado con gente déspota y prepotente pero como ahí no ay más te dejan hablando solo te cierra la ventana para que sigan hablando por celular les dejo el nombre dela persona ojalá y un supervisor tome cartas en el asunto , por qué puedes hablar con un supervisor y pues no ay ninguno se tapan entre ellos seña topp la persona prepotente y despota

Awesome place to pick up. Lady in the shipping office was great,really friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get my load earlier than expected

Glad they took me in and gave me a door few hours early. Got loaded about appointment time, 3 or 4 hours later. Nice group of guys there.

I arrived expecting the absolute worse experience. On 03.11.22 I arrived at 0830 and was loaded and off the property by 1020. The process was painless and I would deliver for them again.

Poor shipping department. They were wasted my precious time and you can see the picture a young guy he was talking on phone and laughing. I was standing outside and he was ignoring me and then I knocked ✊ window and he was speaking loudly and then he said me your dock is no:2 . Then he was talking with shunter driver they took out trailer from dock 2 and then he parked front of dock and he went inside shipping office.

I would give them below zero rate to fit their services if there were. Worse experience in trucking companies, those guys who are here at knauf insulation shipping office are mean.i got here 1:30pm it's just 6:30 now and they still telling me another 2 to 4 hours of waiting.im about running out of my driving hours.

Looks like most reviews are spot-on. I was supposed to do a drop/hook. I arrived on time only for the shipper to tell me there was a 12-hour delay... probably to do with lazy dock staff as past reviews have indicated. Good thing my dispatcher got me something else to do almost right away. Knauf, get your act together.

Do not haul their freight. Plant three employees are ok. Plant one afternoon shipping guy has a problem. 4 hrs only took half the load after telling them to take it back off if they’re going to treat a guy that way. Avoid it. No bathrooms for drivers youre holding for hours.

KNAUF INSULATION is a FCFS 24/7 shipper, So I checked in at 11 am, nice gentleman in the office assigned me to door 4 & said to come back in the office once I get a green light & I will have one more stop within the property to complete my pickup.

They finished loading the first portion at 4 pm, thats 5 hours loading time:;, Then I went around the property to the other side to pick up a couple of bundles they said but when I got there, there was no dock available so I had to wait, I got assigned to a dock at 5 pm, & completed loading at 5:45 pm, for a total time spent at this shipper 7 hours.

The whole time I was there, most of the employees are cool, friendly. I am not really sure why the delay in loading, & cant get a clear answer from the forklift drivers on why it’s talking so long. It was me and another truck the entire toke at tue first pick up dock so they aren’t even busy from the outside.

The good thong was that I knew coming in to pick this freight up that it might he a while from all the bad reviews they had so I didn’t get mad or restless; instead I ate my lunch , took my nap & started watching Netflix. I was getting $50 an hour detention from my broker so hey no problem;.

For those trying to book a load at this place, just know that there is no quick load /unload for what ever reason, there is also no bathroom, but other than that there are plenty of parking space to take a break, overnight parking is also ok. I gage hem 2 starts because the employees where nice to me! Will I come back here? lol; naaaaa

Love the people here! Loaded a day early! Hard working people! Friendly and no offense but it feels good that they actually speak and hold a conversation with you!

All bad reviews are true. Came at 10.30 am , loaded at 17.50
Floor loading and probably union workers ,working not faster than a snail. Always stay by group and talking probably about something very important.
When after 6 hours I asked how long it take, I got answer "until you get green light"
If you already book this load do not afraid to cancel it. It not worth lost all day and than driving through the night .
They don't worth even star. Never come back.
