I contacted this business online and conveniently set up an appointment for a roof inspection due to storm damage on a few tiles on my 3 year old roof. They were able to fix the roof on the same day and also provide photos of other tiles that had been broken during my solar panel installation a few years ago. I would never have noticed this damage myself as I do not typically climb ladders to view my roof. I would definitely call them again. I was very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them for roof inspection and repair. Thank you for a job well done!

HIGHLY reccommend Kyle at K&M Roofing. He repaired my roof after a tree fell on my house during monsoons. Kyle was straightforward and honest. He worked hard on my behalf to get the insurance company to pay for damages to the house caused by the felled tree. He had to call my insurance company numerous times and his persistence paid off...the insurance finally paid a fair amount for the damages. His workers did a great job on the roof and he frequently checked in to ensure they were doing a high quality job throughout the process.
I did eventually have him replace the remainder of my roof as well because of his excellent work ethic good communication skills and the quality of his craftsmanship. Very happy with the outcome from K&M Roofing

We have worked with K & M Roofing for many years. They are honestly, reliable, knowledgeable and very professional and helpful. We had issues with the solar company and the way they installed the panels, broke tiles upon installation years ago and never said a word. K & M Roofing met with the solar company several times, replaced our roof and came back and re-inspected the roof each time the solar company came back to confirm if anything was broke again and took care it. Had a great experience with them. We knew we needed to have two known leaks repaired and some tile reattached. They inspected the entire roof and found a couple of additional tiles that needed replaced that hadn't caused a leak -yet. Communication was timely and they showed up on time. I was impressed with the fact that the owner was there to get the job started so there were no misunderstandings. The employee who did the repair was hardworking, professional and friendly. The repairs were put to the test the very next day during a downpour and all was good. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and kind. The price was very fair.

Had our old roof replaced with a Metal Roof. Beautiful. Great workmanship, on time installation and a very fair price. I shopped around, even knowing one company that never called back. Finally asked local business for a recommendation, and I am so glad I did.

Although they were NOT the cheapest of the estimates I received, I appreciated the manner in which they broke down the exact work that would be done & then they did it! The installers were friendly, professional & I loved waking up in the morning to their singing! (And, there was no extra charge for the serenade!) Even after the fact, they came out to explain some of the work they had done that I did not understand and even took pictures on top of the roof to explain the work that had been done. I would highly recommend this company!

This company is great. 2 years ago they came and fixed the loose tiles on my roof at no charge and replaced the broken one. They came out twice because I asked them about another loose tile later. They aim to please their customers and I haven't had any trouble with my roof. I even referred a neighbor to them today.
