Crux Roof & Gutter Cleaning

On 11/2 I made an appointment for gutter cleaning for Wednesday 11/27. The time was set as 8-10am. Shortly after 10 I emailed as no one had shown up. I received a text they were running behind and could now only do my gutters on Saturday, Nov 30. There was no attempt to contact me and reschedule prior to the appointment time. I said I was unavailable Saturday and never heard back. I would not depend on this company.

I don’t know what to say. These guys had such great reviews I didn’t expect this level of disregard. I made an appointment through their online system, so perhaps the first lesson is don’t do that if you actually want them to show up. The online system said my appointment was for 10AM. I got a text the day before the appointment confirming 10AM. The morning of my appointment I called at 10:15 and was told there was an appointment window so the technician would arrive by noon. OK, that’s understandable. But no one showed up by noon. I called back again to cancel, and the person I spoke to, while polite, abruptly hung up after canceling and didn’t extend any kind of courtesy like asking if I wanted to reschedule. This communicates to me something like “we’re too busy to care about your business.” I’m also too busy to hang around for 2 hours waiting for a technician who doesn’t show up. I know it sounds small but it was unprofessional.

They came to my house to do moss removal and treatment and to clean out my gutters. They were really responsive and answered all my questions. They even gave me detailed tips on how to fix a gutter problem I've been having, and gave me roof maintenance tips that are invaluable. Friendly and affable, efficient and professional. The Crux team were nothing short of perfection. From the friendly meet & greet for the initial bid to the actual work performed! Usually for cleaning gutters I would expect some fall out of some sort around the house. After they completed the work, my surrounding home looked better than before they started! I also asked them to look at my downspouts that connect to the street...they carefully inspected and determined not to clean due to the construction of the underground piping. If they would have proceeded without telling me, we would have had a problem. Their communication with me prior to any work being done was outstanding. Thank you Crux team!

Crux Roof and gutter cleaning were outstanding. From our first conversation to our last, everyone on the team, we’re friendly, polite, professional, and speedy.

They were very quick to discover several areas In the gutters that had pieces of shingle and asphalt sand from the new roof. This could easily have turned into a problem in the Winter. The icing on the cake were their reasonable prices.

Needed gutter cleaned on a 2 story building, they were prompt showed up plus I didn't need to be there. Did great job took pics, and priced very reasonable, would def recommend again.

The Crux team was fantastic. Very responsive and upfront about pricing from the get-go. Their work was great and team very professional. We didn’t pay for haul-away, but they cleaned up the debris where you can’t notice it from the street. We will definitely be using them again!

They came out same day to clean out our gutters on our third floor and 1st floor roof tops. Sent us pictures to confirm work done and treated our roof with moss treatment. Very reasonable cost and would definitely hire again!
