Denver is amazing! I can't express how grateful I am for the work he has done in and around my house!
He changed a hall closet to a kitchen pantry, changing where the door is and the trim. It looks amazing!!! He picked out the cutest pantry door too! I'm in love!
In my back bathroom he added a fan since it was just a light. Makes that back bathroom more useable!
He's fixing my walk in closet shelves to be more useful for my husband and I.
He installed a ceiling fan in my living room. It looks amazing and helps so much in the summer!
In my she shed, they mounted my tv and fixed the drywall!
That's just the inside, he has also helped outdoors!
He has helped patched the roof in spots so it's not leaking. He drilled holes on the under roof so it's not sweating inside.
He also fixed and cleaned the gutters!

Denver is amazing and can do it all!! You won't go wrong here!

Denver was very punctual, very polite and Very hard working. Very much concerned with detail of his work. Price was reasonable. Will call him again first.

The only handy man who answered the phone when I called! Came in to do some home repair and knocked it out. Reasonable prices and great work really helped me when I needed it!

Denver is the kind of contractor you tell where the hide-a-key is!
Denver’s schedules appointments expediently. Waiting for your repair for weeks on end will never happen when Denver’s number is in your phone.
Incidentally, I think Denver also replaced a burned-out lightbulb in my kitchen when he was here!

I own a property management company and Denver has done excellent for for us for about eight years. If I could give him more stars I would. You don't find honest hardworking people like him around so much these days.

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely terrible experience with Denver. I required very very basic work to be accomplished after some renters moved out of one of my properties and his finished product looks like an amateur did it and not a professional. I wouldn't care so much if he would have redone everything he did because it was subpar work or if he would have cut the outrageous bill in half, but he didn't. He's not a person I respect nor will he ever work for me again and I have made sure to let any of my associates known of him and to avoid him.

What a great experience. Called when I had an issue with my very old and rusty water heater. Denver came to my home and evaluated the problem. New water heater installed that day! Denver was extremely nice and very helpful with explaining everything and showing me the issues. He was very thoughtful about leaving my house the way he found it. His price was very reasonable. What a great transaction!

Denver came to my home yesterday and was amazing. Not only did he answer the phone on a Sunday, but he came to my house and replaced my hot water heater... on a Sunday. I had an out of town commitment and he worked on it while I was gone and actually sent me an email and said he unclogged one of our sinks. I will happily recommend him and use him again.

Kitsap Maintenance corrected a previously done hardwood floor installation for us. The prior contractor we had hired left us with bubbling, warping and pieces coming loose. Denver pulled it all up, put down the correct barrier and reinstalled the floor. It looks and feels like a professional job now. I'm so thankful!
