Everything went very well from the start and we are very happy with our new roof and with the process. Thomas was very nice to work with, the communication was very good. I didn’t have to leave a voicemail when first called. Thomas answered right away and he showed up on time to the first inspection. Nic’s (the project manager) communication was also good. The crew arrived on time and they were very professional and we didn’t have any issues. These guys worked hard since they arrived until the roof was completed.

I had a question about the warranty’s proof, but I received an email with the information and the documentation two weeks after the installation.
