The day of our install of a new roof, the foreman, Dennis, showed up at our door bright and early as the crew was setting up and introduced himself and made us feel comfortable that everything was under control and going to go as planned. He was on top of things all day and kept us informed about what was happening and answered all our questions. There is so much going on at one time that it's hard to imagine that all is going to be finished in one day. It actually feels impossible that that could happen. But it did! Not only was it all completed in one day, but the crew was meticulous about cleaning everything spotless around the yard when they were finished. The crew were true craftsmen and made the job look easy We were very impressed with their work and their professionalism. Dennis stayed on site for most of the day in case there were any problems, which there weren't, and then walked us around when everything was complete to make sure we were happy with the way everything looked. He made the day go smoothly and handled everything in a safe and secure manner. King Quality lived up to their reputation as being a top company in their field. I would recommend them highly.

Today a wonderful crew from King Quality arrived and in one day removed my old roof and completely replaced it with a beautiful new one. They were hard workers, diligent and detail oriented. A few days before I had met Jeff who gave a professional presentation that won me over, then today I met Michael, foreman of the replacement crew. Everyone worked together to complete this project, and considering it rained in the middle if it all, they cleaned up after beautifully, considering how difficult it is to clean up rain-soaked spaces. And then came Ryan and his crew—true professionals. They completed the entire roof replacement in just about one day, with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. They were respectful, efficient, and left my property spotless when the job was done.

King Quality’s estimate was on the higher side compared to the other quotes I received, but now that the work is done, I can confidently say it was worth every penny. The new roof looks fantastic, and I don’t expect to have to worry about it for easily the next 30 years. When the time comes for siding or window work, I already know who I’m calling—King Quality, without a doubt.

I just had my roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was fast, efficient, and delivered top-quality work. Took them a day and a half to do a roof replacement adding drip edge and ridge vent. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional throughout the process. Excellent supervision as well! As for the initial estimate Bill came with his supervisor and they both got up on the roof and into the attic to give a proper estimate. I had a different company come the day prior and he just eye-balled it without lifting a finger. Highly recommend King Quality! Bill was always available to answer any questions. Kim was so friendly on the phone. This whole experience with EVERYONE at King Quality gave me the confidence that I made the right choice.

I received 3 quotes and out of the 3 i was most impressed by the King Quality team from the sales associate that sold us our new roof to the production team that executed it. Ryan the project manager was here first thing in the morning of the day of the project, knocked on the door, explained everything to me, provided me with his cell and was very informative about the next steps. At the end of the day, there he was again walking around the property, double checking his team installed everything correctly and did a proper clean up. What a great team. I contracted king Quality for my roofing needs. They weren't the cheapest however you get what you pay for. Ryan and Patrick kept us well informed through out the 2 day project. They were very knowledgeable and always available for questions. I was met in the mornings by Ryan who was always the first one there and last to leave. The installers did a great job and cleaned up the property well. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

The King Quality team was extremely professional and did an excellent job! Dave in sales, Kim at the office, Ryan as PM, handled the entire process from quote, to building permit, to installation thru debris removal. The project manager was on site throughout the entire job with their large crew, that completed removing and replacing our entire roof and all of our gutters in two days. (Not a big house). They covered the landscaping around the house and the entire job and yard were cleaned up properly afterwards.

My experience with King Quality was outstanding! I had recently purchased a home from the 1970s that was in dire need of updates. King Quality replaced 5 of my windows, and resided my home with vinyl siding. From the start, I spoke with Tina, who was kind and professional. Tina had helped me get connected with Danny, who guided me through the project. Tony and his crew came to do the windows and siding and as he estimated, finished on time. They had cleaned up around my property removing any nails or junk left over from the project. Any concerns I had with this project were addressed by Tina and Danny promptly and professionally. King Quality replaced my roof. From 1st call to sales visit, to job completion it was a highly professional experience. I chose King Quality because they had the best response rate on the BBB. The sales rep Edwin was excellent. He knows the product well, did a great presentation, answered all questions. And what he couldn’t he connected me with the project manager, Patrick. While we waited for the permit all my queries were answered. No phone call or text went unanswered for too long, even after business hours. Patrick was an excellent project manager, very hands on and professional. To ensure the job was done in 1 day they sent a big crew who protected the lawn and cleaned up completely. Kim was also great! The falling shingles damaged the paint in some areas but the company commit to repaint at my convenience. This review was written 2 weeks after the job was completed. Overall a great experience and I recommend King Quality.

I feel compelled to write another review of your company and in particular of Tina in Customer Service. Without exception, everytime I call not only does she answer my questions in a timely manor but for me, she 100% solved the issue I was calling about.
Point at hand, when I called regarding the siding that King Quality put on my house 20 years ago, Tina said, " I'll get back to you either later today or tomorrow. We have to check to see if we still have your siding and color in stock". She called me 15 minutes later and said John is on his way to install it for you.
She did the same for me regarding our double pane windows. The enclosed gas leaked on 4 of them and she directed me to the company to order new replacement windows. She took the effort to make certain I had the right numbers to give to the window company. Again, King Quality (John) came quickly, on time and with a smile and replaced and removed the windows.
The more I interact with King Quality, the more impressed I get. This is the type of company and culture that I can really get behind. I would love to explore the opportunity to work for King Quality and share my experiances with their existing clientel and potential new customers.

King Quality did my house siding a few years ago. I have an enclosure on my oil tank that was also sided. I needed a new oil tank and the front of the enclosure had to be removed. I called KQ for direction. Tina told me that Paul the service manager would come by ...he came the very next day and put my mind at ease that they would take the front off and put it back after the tank was installed. Adam came and removed the wall and when the tank was installed he came back and put the wall back to perfection. I am so pleased with the whole operation. Again King Quality came to the rescue Due to the fierce winds, siding came off my house yesterday. I contacted King Quality and Tina arranged to have this repaired today.
