We chose JD and April of Keystone Homes to build our forever home in Flagler Beach. JD and April have an eye for perfection and they make sure every detail is taken into consideration. JD always returned phone calls, text and correspondence promptly. He has a team of subcontractors that are very very good. Our home exceeded our expectations. If you are selecting contractors in the area and don’t select Keystone, you are making a mistake. All building issues were handled professionally and promptly. Even after the build when I found things, JD himself or his subs were scheduled to take care of the issues. Great people to have in your corner as you develop your plans, construct your home and need help deciding and the best options for quality.

We entrusted Keystone Homes with building our dream house on the beach at Flagler, and we were beyond pleased with the outcome. JD and April Minaberry and their phenomenal staff of subcontractors and designers helped us plan, kept within our desired budget, and produced a home in a magical location that we know we'll share with our children and grandchildren in making great memories.
