Sprung a leak in a less-than-1-yr-old system. Didn't get a response to the call / voicemail, but ended up getting a response over email. Asked if someone could come out & diagnose.

Came 2 weeks later & fixed it without a quote or confirming with me.

The PVC joint buried just below the back-flow preventer had cracked.

Charged $101.79 in total.
- $87.50 for <20 minutes of work.
- $7.82 of parts.

Talk about highway robbery...

I understand Kerry's is a busy business & that the real money is in landscaping & installing irrigation.

However to:
1. Not communicate & perform a fix without confirming.
3. Charge nearly $100 for 20 minutes of work ($8 parts)

Quite unreasonable & a bad way to do business (as a biz owner myself).

They have treated my yard for a few years and it looks great. I also had three water sprinklers go bad and they fixed them really quick. I truly appreciate their service and recommend them to other people for lawn care.

While they did complete the seeding of our lawn timely once they finally showed up, they failed to communicate effectively before and after they performed the landscaping work. They left no care instructions for the lawn and attempted to charge us for materials (river rock) that they did not provide for us. We have attempted to contact them on several occasions but they do not seem to answer phone calls or return voice mails.

Edited to add: I did eventually receive a response via the company's facebook messenger. And my concerns were addressed. I bumped my review up to 3 stars from 2.

We've worked with Kerry and his team for many years. From laying all the tile and staircases around our pool, to building our retaining walls and fire pits, to planting our beautiful bushes, this company does outstanding work and always exceeds our expectations. We find them to be very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend them!!

I usually write reviews if I’m very satisfied or very dissatisfied with service and expertise. Nathan was the person to help me-very professional, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I am so very happy that I called for what I’d hoped would be just a simple start-up.
He asked what time would work for me, told me he would call before he arrived and did just that. I was hoping it would be an easy start-up, but he discovered things that I would have not been able to trouble-shoot on my own.
He was kind enough to walk thru the steps of start-up for next year, and also explained what had gone wrong this year, which had nothing to do with Kerry’s Sprinklers.
He said he would return in the morning, which he did, and told me how he had fixed the problem in the most economical way possible. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, timely and got the job done with my budget in mind. I will highly recommend Nathan and Kerry’s again. Thank you so much.
