Selecting a roofing contractor is a big decision with long term implications. After meeting with multiple contractors, it was clear that Keith Gauvin Roofing was not only knowledgeable, but they cared about the customer. As we waited on a custom order skylight, Tyler made an immediate repair to stop a persistent leak. This was a huge relief! Then, when a replacement window was being installed by another contractor, another leak was discovered which required replacing the window frame and then needing to install new siding on that section of the house. I immediately called Keith & company and they looked over the photographs and within a couple of days came out and created a plan for the repair to be completed simultaneously with the roof. Roofing day was flawless. Throughout the day I received multiple updates and photographs as they worked. When I returned home, other than the necessary dumpster and leftover materials, you’d never know they had been there. As a dog owner, I especially appreciated their attention to detail, making sure everything was cleaned up and safe. Keith, Tyler & Lindsey were absolutely outstanding and I could not be more pleased with my interactions and the quality of their work. I had a leak from a roof vent pipe. I called 4 or 5 roofing companies and only Keith Gauvin got back to me. I sent a photo, got a price, and scheduled the repair for the next week and requested a general roof inspection. The vent seal was replaced and the roofer added a sealant to the other vent pipe, the kitchen fan vent, and a spot near the chimney. THAT is excellent service. Next time I'll only need to make one phone call.

From my first phone call and the initial visit with Keith, I was impressed by how he presented himself and the knowledge he shared. He went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed to make my final decision, which included a detailed proposal and estimate that itemized everything we discussed. After reviewing the proposal, I replied with a few clarifying questions and received an immediate response from Lindsey. Once I made my decision to use KG Roofing, the correspondence from Keith, Tyler and Lindsey was amazing throughout the roof installation. I was kept in the loop on when the product was going to be delivered, to when the dumpster and Port O Potty were coming and where it was going to be placed. When the crew arrived Tyler and I discussed how the day would go, and he asked if I had any questions or concerns. The crew started on time and throughout the entire day I received text messages with their progress and pictures as well. When the project was completed Tyler and I walked the property while the crew cleaned up. I am extremely pleased with my new roof and their attention to ensuring my property was completely cleaned of all materials.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Tyler and Lindsey. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly throughout the day. Tyler was very attentive to the project and took the time to explain things at the end that made me confirm I made the right choice when I chose KG Roofing! Lindsey is a great communicator. As a homeowner who doesn't have the knowledge my concerns were, pricing, the installation getting done correctly, and honesty on what needs to be done. Keith Gauvin roofing priced the job correctly from 2 other estimates i received. Ofcourse lower then the other companies. we spoke about what will the job entailed and were going to do exactly what needed to be done. They explained everything correctly. Other companies were trying to sell me items that were not needed as per my son. And finally, "Honesty", I give them 100% they were correctly doing what needed to be done without over killing me on the cost of unnecessary supplies. They inspect the workers all through the job. But the workers are class A employees. Very much caring and attentive to their work.

This was actually the second time we’ve used Keith Gauvin Roofing for a roof replacement. About 6 years ago at our old house, we had hired Keith Gauvin Roofing in a pinch after a significant leak developed and had a great experience through that whole process.

But soon after we moved into our new house, we started noticing at our roof would leak in random areas during heavy rain and wind storms. After one particularly large leak in our bathroom developed, I knew who to call for an inspection of this area! Keith and team came out, inspected the roof and gave us a quote for a patch job and as well as a quote for a full replacement, noting the overall condition of roof. There was zero pressure from them to get moving on this project, which was great for us to sit back and think about next steps. They even put down some sealant around a vent at that time free of charge to get us by while we made a decision - this level of customer service is not seen these days!

After a year of saving, we decided to pull the trigger on a full roof replacement. We worked with Lindsey to update our quote from a year prior and found that Keith’s pricing was very reasonable. I also appreciated the different options presented (upgraded roofing package, seamless gutters, and gutter guards). We ultimately went with the upgraded UHDZ package with new gutters and gutter guards and couldn’t be happier with our new roof! Not to mention, the quality of the install was top notch! Keith’s crew had our old roof torn down, rebuilt and completed within a day. I also liked how they sent pictures throughout the day to keep us updated on their progress. The gutter crew came out the next day and did a great job on that part of the install as well.

When Keith and team started tearing down our old roof, it was evident that we were having severe ventilation issues in the attic, with delaminating and moldy plywood decking. After a quick conversation with Keith, he developed a solution to add intake venting to help move air in the attic so this won’t happen again. I’m confident this will solve our ventilation issues and help our roof last longer - I can already tell my heating is more efficient and more even across the house.

From working with Lindsey through the quoting and administrative process to working with Keith and his crew on the install, everyone was top notch and it’s very evident that Keith and crew take pride in their work and want their customers to be completely satisfied. -Our project manager Trey was fantastic. He dove into everything in detail. Answered every question regardless of how many we asked and gave a thorough breakdown on all costs involved. Even the little things such as getting to know us goes along way.

-The team was quick in the job. Project took 2 days due to a weather delay however had the rain not come the project would have wrapped in a day (couldn’t have foreseen rain). Even during the rain, the team was quick to act and covered the roof to make sure nothing was damaged.

-Yard was thoroughly cleaned after the installation. Not a single nail was to be seen.

-Price was very competitive and cheaper than some of the other options around. They even broke it down between 3 options so you could chose what worked best for you.

-No unnecessary work was done. The fixed what needed to be fixed and returned any material they didn’t use. Keith, Trey and the team were honest about the state of the work and only fixed that in which needed to be fixed

We are very happy with our roofing repair. It hasn’t leaked since. They removed two old satellite dishes and caulked the holes and it looks nice . Keith came out to look at our roof promptly. When it’s time for a new roof, we will definitely call this company!!

And I found Trey Hundley, my contact with Keith Gauvin Roofing, excellent to work with. Complete explanations of all my product options (shingle, and all the various underlayment and accessorys). And no pressure sell. Excellent communication and professionalism. I have done some roofing myself over the years, so I am fairly knowledgeable of what's involved. Very good job!

I had Keith Gauvin Roofing install new gutters recently, after they replaced my residential roof in Tolland CT previously, as well as replaced a shed roof and repaired a barn roof. All work was completed quickly and professionally, with impeccable cleanup afterwards. Equally impressive was the timely communications I had with them regarding scheduling and planning. These guys were great! They responded to my request promptly, came out right away to give me an estimate, and had a proposal to me in no time. Their price was reasonable. I was out of town when the roof needed to be done so they kept me updated with texts and pictures of the progress, the roof looks fantastic! A year after my roof installation and these guys continue to be the best! I had a problem with a fascia board that had nothing to do with my roof installation. Keith sent a guy out to take care of it at no charge! They truly went above and beyond. I would 100% continue to recommend them!
