As always very happy with technician, I have had multiple experiences with this company and techs are great. The appointment process can be frustrating. The online app. Will let you make an appointment and you think you have one when you don't. I made one then called on the day and was told day was already full and yes it will do that.then asked for an appointment on open day then told they would put me in and call me the day before to get me know if they were going to keep it .that is not an appointment

The recent visit was a ripoff! My garage door was not operating smoothly. When the technician arrived I showed him the problem, and immediately noticed that a roller was off track. He fixed it, spending 10 minutes at my house. I was charged a “discounted” $165 for 10 minutes of labor, for a problem that I diagnosed (and could have fixed myself, had I seen it earlier!). They applied a service charge to come to my house! I live less than 5 minutes away! At a rate of $165 per 10 minutes, that’s a hefty $990 per hour!!!!!

Paul & team came within a day I believe to provide us quote on new garage door, once we confirmed we wanted to proceed with them, they were here within a day to install and provided call updates on their end, price quoted was price I paid, - so far so good hasn’t been a week yet so assuming over next few years all will remain same and also install team great job of cleaning up once completed and took away old door, loved that they gave view of my house with door samples which helped us decide. Very pleased

We had an issue with one of our garage doors that would close tight at both ends but not in the middle of the door. I contacted Atlas Coles about the problem and they sent Aaron to the house to take have a look. He arrived on time- was courteous and professional. Aaron adjusted the latch bolt and added a step plate. The door now closes tightly across the entire bottom. Very satisfied.

Absolutely recommended! Honestly, for the amazing service you get, I'm shocked at how reasonable their pricing is! We used a related company for our own garage doors over 5 years ago and they were great. Beautiful doors, they still look new, and everyone we worked with was so friendly and knowledgeable. So of course we reached out to that company and found Atlas Cole and the experience has been equally amazing! Absolutely wonderful to work with, so easy to schedule and they answered all of my questions almost immediately even after hours/on weekends. Super responsive! Very reasonable pricing, absolutely beautiful doors, and just wonderful people to work with. I loved that they showed us exactly what the doors would look like on the home right in their quote, so we knew we would love them. Our doors arrived with very minor damage, but they came back and replaced the damaged panel at no cost without us even having to ask. My new garage door was the easiest portion of my garage remodel. I had contacted about 4 businesses including a friend-of-a-friend. They quoted around the same general price but a few of them had some "you can't do that" or "you need to do this first" caveats.

Atlas-Coles not only could do exactly what I wanted, they had a better quality door than the others. They could also deliver faster than the others. Installation was done over a few hours with a high level of craftsmanship. While it's a bit early in the door's life, I'm currently completely happy with the service and products provided!

They came and fixed a panel that was damaged due to the lack of precision and knowledge of another big company that installed our garage doors. I was already surprised with Atlas honesty and fair pricing. But they went above and beyond when I had a family issue. They went out of their way to reschedule an installation a few days earlier than agreed so I could leave the state to handle some personal issues. Everyone is very helpful and responsive with very useful information. The Garaga doors seem like you get much better quality compared to other major brands. Installation was quick and the doors look great!

First off, I got lost and someone stayed on the phone with me till I arrived. A gentleman helped me and explained and demonstrated a new remote I needed for my garage opener. All in all, I was extremely pleased with my experience, and have used in the past as well, and highly recommend.

We had two garage doors replaced and the experience couldn't have been easier. Paul was able to provide multiple reasonable options and estimates very quickly. Once the contract was signed they were out within a week. On installation day they arrived right when they said they would, worked fast, and cleaned up after the work was done. We could not be happier with our experience.

Very positive experience. Only recommendation would be to give the garage a quick sweep as there was quite a bit of debris / sawdust from cutting the garage doors inside. Would absolutely recommend them.

Last fall we decided that the garage doors, 3, needed to be replaced. The house was built in 1994 and I believe the existing doors were original. The bottom rubber seals were broken and the sensors were barely attached on the inside. I obtained 4 estimates in total. Paul Longo the sales rep from Atlas was the only one that mentioned using high rise torsion bars with the doors. One of the 3 existing doors was a high rise torsion bar. Atlas was not the lowest bid or the highest bid, but I liked the product choices for the doors so we decided to go with Atlas. As is with most things during Covid estimated delivery on the Garage doors was about 16 weeks which eventually was extended a month. Installation day came and Atlas sent out 3 workers. As it turned out the original doors were also installed by Atlas. Installation was a 2 day process but went well. The doors were installed with 3 Chamberlain 8500W wall units with battery backup. The doors work great and are very easy to program just using the switches mounted on the wall. Installation was great and I had no problems. Would recommend Atlas to anyone considering new doors and openers.

I had gotten another quote before I called Atlas-Coles and when I asked to price match, Paul told me about what the extra cost would get me and it made me believe he was giving me the best product at the best price. I was a little dismayed at how far out I was booked for installation but then I ended up getting a call moving up my appointment by two months so it all worked out well. My installer was the nicer person on the planet and answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently.

I highly recommend Atlas-Coles for their exceptional customer service. I broke the bottom section of one of our garage doors and then learned that our garage doors aren’t being manufactured anymore. Other companies that we spoke to simply quoted us for a new door, but Erik (our salesman) took the time to see if he could offer us a better alternative. He called around and found a used section so that we wouldn’t have to replace the entire door (or all three if we wanted them to match exactly). The installation was great and the door looks perfect. My husband and I could not be happier!

Garage doors are not something most people think about until you absolutely have to. When confronted with this dilemma you soon realize you don't know anything about garage doors! Enter Coles Door Systems, and especially Paul Longo. He answered every question, was extremely patient and guided my wife and me to the correct doors we needed. He didn't try to steer us to the most expensive, the most fancy, he steered us and sold us what we needed for our particular garage.

The doors were installed by Ricky and he was an amazing installer. Friendly, courteous, thorough and meticulous. My garage was cleaner after the install than before.

We had a great experience with Coles, and I would strongly recommend them. We requested a quote for two new single doors and opener mechanisms, and Paul was out to take a look and give us a personalized quote with a few different options and prices that could work for us. Once we decided to go with them, the doors were ordered promptly and an installation appointment was set up quickly. We considered two companies to replace old garage doors and add closers. Coles was the easy first choice. They were prompt in looking at the site, giving an estimate with sketches, answering our questions, and installing the new doors and closers. Their price was about the same for comparable hardware and installation as the other company, who never bothered to visit the site but asked us to send photos and make measurements.
