Lefter from KAON Improvement was very responsive when I called him about repairing my roof. He came over within 24 hours, took photos and video to show me the problems and started the repairs immediately. After fixing my roof he repaired the inside damage to my house caused by the roof leak. He patched and painted walls etc. He did a very professional job, was upfront about the cost, and discussed all of my questions & concerns about the repairs with me. I have used other roofers in the past and none were as good as Lefter. If I need any repairs in the future I will be calling Lefter.

We have now used him twice and are very happy. Recently, Lefter came to our house within 30 minutes of us calling him - on a Saturday. He was able to help us with a leak around a window, which he repaired quickly. He previously replaced the roof flashing around our chimney which fixed another leak. After being disappointed with so many contractors, we are grateful that we found Lefter.

We called Kaon to fix our washing machine pipes. Not only was he knowledgeable in fixing our pipes but he was unbelievably kind and honest with us. There was a missing piece and we were worried we would have to wait a few more weeks for it . But Kaon instantly went and brought the piece and was back in an hour. Lefter responded to our home withing one hour of calling him (on a Sunday!). A leaking roof was pouring water behind the siding and dripping 2 floors below.
He was on the job the following morning at 9am.
Repairs were done and the price was more than reasonable.

Lefter responded immediately and arrived next day for gutter repair which came down during strong wind. Professional and knowledgeable, did quality work, at a fair rate and cleaned up when finished. He also very kindly climbed up to remove debris from an unrelated area of the roof which was extremely helpful to us and not the service we called for. It's obvious he takes pride in his work. Will absolutely stick with him for future work.

Lefter was doing the roof work 2 houses down the lane when I approached him to inquire about the gutter spout repair my house needed. He walked right up to see what was wrong and said he would fix it. 20 minutes later he came with the ladder and fixed it. Gave good advice on what needs to be done in the near future. Completed the work and thoroughly inspected the pipe. He is very professional and does a thorough job and most importantly, is very affordable. I am quite impressed and plan to use his service in the near future. Highly highly recommended.
