A late-Friday-afternoon call to Jackie in the office followed by an email put me into contact on Monday morning with Bryce. He has worked diligently on our behalf, contacting various city offices to get answers for our problems. He was considerate and positive, going beyond our expectations. Needed 20 tons of gravel for a landscaping project, first time I called and left a message I never got a call back, second time talked to the materials guy, figured out what I needed, then talked to Robert who was great, he came out to my house to make sure the truck would be able to deliver through the alley to the back yard, and then scheduled the delivery which came right on time. For a paving contractor that normally does big jobs, I was happy with the service I got as a private individual.
