JW Roofing replaced my roof 3 years ago. They were supposed to replace some siding as well. After the roof was replaced, they ignored questions about doing my siding or said "they were working on it." Fast forward 3 years, we got a big hail storm in the area. They called me to come inspect the roof for any damage. Scheduled an appointment. The day of, Danny never called or showed up. I called him and he apologized and said he'd call back to reschedule. It's been over a week and he still hasn't reached out. They did an okay job on my roof, but have poor communication.

JW Roofing does beautiful work. We did a complete exterior home makeover due to storm damage. JT makes sure the work is done right the first time. He found one small thing he didn’t like and had his crew re-work it immediately. JT was attentive, organized, knowledgeable, and absolute miracle-worker when it came to working with our insurance. JT’s crews were on time, worked incredibly hard, and cleaned up after their work was done. They cleaned up so well it didn’t look like they had even been there. Without question, we highly recommend, 10/10. Thank you for our beautiful home, JT and crew!

I have a rental property outside Louisville, with some of our storms last year I needed to find someone to complete a property inspection for me. Luckily, I stumbled across JW Roofing and spoke to Danny. He was able to inspect the property and make recommendations for some repairs they ended up completing for us. Thank you again!

These guy’s literally transformed our house into something Fantastically modern and beautiful! They took care of it all…. right down to the cleaning. After the late summer hail storm in our area we had quite a bit of damage to our roof, siding and deck. Danny and JT took great care of our house, working with insurance for our roof, gutters and siding. They also recommended and worked closely with a deck contractor. Their teams did fabulous, beautiful work and Danny and JT made the process seamless.

JW Roofing replaced our roof after a season of wind damage. I dislike the process of shopping for the best price and choosing between similar estimates. JW Roofing made the decision easy. Not only was the estimate reasonable but J.T. and Danny guided us through the insurance maze and our new roof was on in a few weeks. The roofers were courteous and went beyond their prescribed work and installed new floodlights as a favor. J.T or Danny stopped by each day for a progress check. Post work, our yard was cleaned of excess debris and it was like they were never there. We recommend JW Roofing to our neighbors who are equally satisfied.

I would highly recommend J W Roofing to anyone. They came when they said they would. They did a great job. Any time they said they would call back, they did so promptly. That alone is unusual. I enjoyed every interaction I had with them, and am very pleased with the finished roof.
