After getting a few estimates, I decided to go with Jerry and his crew. Their price was reasonable, they had great reviews and Jerry kept in contact with me while we waited for the weather to warm up. Knowing I wanted black metal, Jerry gave his honest opinion when I asked questions. It took the guys 1 1/2 days and they were hard at it from the time they got here until they were finished. I am very happy with the quality of their work. If your on the fence on who to have do your roof, look no further. Jerry and his guys will treat you well.

I had a portion of my roof with sagging sheating that needed to be replaced. J.S. Builders responded to my inquiry in a prompt manner and was able to do the work within the 2 week time frame I requested. They showed up at 8 a.m. and had the work done by noon. All waste materials were picked up and the yard looked as if nobody had even been there. The repaired portion of the roof looks great and feels very sturdy. I would use them again for any further roofing needs.

I am very pleased wil the roofing job that JS Builders did for me. The roof was looked at and an estimate of the cost was returned promptly. We were given a list of other houses to see how the different colors of shingles looked on a roof. All my questions were answered and the work completed as scheduled.

Quick, organized, clean up was great, went the extra mile with extra flashing around chimney and due to not being able to get the class 3 shingle from their vendor in time for our job, they went with the class 4 at no extra charge to us! They came out right away and had a written bid to me in about an hour or so. They kept in touch on when they would be starting the job. The work was done in 3 days and they cleaned up the job area every day before leaving. The last day they cleaned up and checked the area again for any debris and nails. I am very happy and satisfied with the job!

JS Builders replaced roof on the house after wind damage and replaced old roof on barn and chicken coop. They did a fantastic job and it looks great! A crew member even helped round up a spooked horse that had gotten loose. The work was completed quickly and no mess left behind. I highly recommend JS Builders.

We had storm damage to the gutters on our house from the high winds on August 24th. We called Jerry Stutsman of JS Builders a few days later. He had a quote for us the next day to submit to insurance. As soon as the insurance claim was settled and we had a chance to repair the wood and paint, Jerry had his guys here with the new gutters. The workers were super nice, hardworking guys. They were very respectful of our landscaping and cleaned up everything after they were done.
