Jeff and his team totally lived up to the great reviews online. We had a sudden kitchen leak, and after I spoke with Jeff in the evening, he was able to send his team over the very next day. I have to say, meeting Jeff on Little Red Book was truly a stroke of luck. My basement was inexplicably flooded, soaking all my furniture. The solid wood furniture I spent tens of thousands on was covered in mold, and I even had to pay a disposal fee to have it removed as trash.

After returning from a trip, we discovered a water leak from our third-floor bathroom that had seeped into the second-floor living room. The basement of my newly bought house was flooded. After checking, it was found that the rainwater pipe was blocked. A friend introduced JPC Company. For the first time, the rainwater pipe in the basement patio was unblocked by a high-pressure water gun. After two hours of continuous water discharge for testing, it could flow normally. However, the company boss Jeff found that the water level of the rainwater pipe had not completely gone down. He concluded that the problem had not been completely solved. He did not rush us to pay the bill and asked us to continue to observe responsibly. As Jeff expected, after several days of heavy rain, water accumulated again. Jeff's judgment was that it might be that the main pipeline from the manhole to the municipality was blocked, but there was no manhole cover in the front and back yards of my house. So JPC arranged a camera detection and successfully found the manhole cover buried one foot underground. After opening it, it turned out that the main pipeline was blocked. After 2 hours of unblocking, the rainwater pipe was finally successfully unblocked. It happened to rain heavily that night. The next day, everything was normal, without any water accumulation, and the water in the ditch next to the basement foundation had all receded. I was deeply impressed by JPC's ability to troubleshoot difficult and complicated problems, their approach to minimizing the cost of solving problems for customers, and their responsible attitude. We had Jeff (JPC) renovated our old house last year. Jeff is really knowledgeable and helpful, from the beginning of permit application to the end of occupation. In the middle of January when the weather was below zero, pipes inside of our unit burst and caused a huge flood. Under such an emergency situation, a friend of mine recommended JPC Service. However, understanding our urgent request, he still came with a borrowed car to evaluate the situation.
After he did a thorough evaluation, he proposed a few repair plans, each with detailed description and quote. When we decided to go with one of the plans, he immediately sent his crew (a plumber initially and a general remodeling worker later). Both technicians provided high quality of service. I’m doing basement renovation and half way we found out I have serious mouse/rats issue. The whole basement smell awful like rotten dead mouse bodies. I had serval pest control ppl to come and check, however; all they gave is poison to kill the mouse instead of actually solving the problem and the bad smell continues for past two years.
I’m lucky enough to have Jeff solve the problem for me. He is a really knowledge guy and know what he is doing, he pointed out potential mouse hose and when we cut the dry wall open , the hose is right there, and few dead rats bodies too.
After that, he has his team come over and did a professional sanitize full room and air clean with 0zone machine.
I really recommend Jeff, he will save you lots lots lots of time , yet he also does the job in professional way.

We are renting an older house and had big troubles with the storm drain and also how the house is build. No draining point in the laundry room and the basement is lower than the storm drain outside. So when we had this big storm early this week. We had water come from underneath the tiles and also water coming in from outside into the house from the Storm drain.

My condo got a leak problem from bathtub to the outside hallway, water damaged the dry wall n carpet. Other plumber can’t find the real reason, building manager referred this company. They find out the leak reason right at the 1st visit and help to fixed/repair the problem. Including tub spout, fixed the fixture, mole control, reinstall the drywall, muddying, painting and clear up. All in a reasonable time and cost. Really thanks for your help, hard to find a plumber willing to take a condo job and deal with the strata/property manager.

Two days of continuous heavy rain in surrey flooded my entire basement with about 5inches of water. Jeff and his team came to the rescue immediately after we reached for help. They worked in the heavy rain and cold wind from morning to afternoon to pump out the water and then found out the problem was caused by city sewage backing up. If it was not for JPC Service my home would've been doomed. Jeff and his team was incredibly professional and efficient. I'm very impressed by JPC services' quick response on my condo kitchen ceiling leaking found at Saturday night, and Jeff, the company owner, came to investigate almost right after the incident happened. He even went upstairs to try to find the problems. He detected water leaking underneath the dishwasher from the condo upstairs. They planned to ask the owner of the above condo to pull out dishwasher and see if there's any leaking down there first, and then come back to fix the ceiling of mine.Jeff tried to minimize the damages of all, I was quite overwhelmed by the incident still, yet he explained how the work would be done patiently, and tried to ease my concerns. I’ve known Jeff, the president of JPC Service, for 17 years. Jeff is usually super busy from work so I didn’t want to bother him to repair the holes on my two doors. I’ve reached out to many companies, asking them if they could repair the doors for me but no companies would pay the time and effort. I first met Jeff at the Richmond Home Depot, after explaining to him that our kitchen ceiling had water damage he said no problem I will fix it for you. Jeff and his team did a fantastic job in a short amount of time. Everything looks really great and I am very thankful for his efforts. I would absolutely recommend JPC.

In November 2020, my tenant called to tell me that water was dripping from the ceiling, and floor was flooded, and his bed and belongings were all socked in the water. I was totally freaked out. One of my friends got hold of Jeff, the President of JPC Services. When I got home, Jeff had already started the job, I was extremely impressed by what I saw - all the mess has been totally controlled by his team, the cardboard was neatly taped in the living room, the tenant’s faces were eased and all the professional machine were put in place in the bedroom.

Jeff showed me the saturated area with his infrared detector. The cause of the damage was identified quickly after his team attended to the incident. It was due to the leaking boiler pipe.

They fixed the pipe immediately. Within a couple hours, the team removed the damaged drywall ceiling, floor and baseboard, installed the site protection in the damaged area, supplied the dehumidifier and blower to dry the bedroom area. There were no any debris left inside and outside of the unit. The job was done absolutely neat and clean.
