Had JP McHalePest come a 2nd time to control carpenter ants. This time Manny showed up, sprayed inside, outside and put traps under the baseboards. The next couple of days there were a large amount of dead ants. Since then we haven’t seen any in a handful of days. Great job Manny!

Manjit was extremely thorough and helpful. In all my years using JP mcHale he was the first to tell me my insect issue was coming from mulch outside. He instructed me how to remove and then came back to do treatments.

Avery was great! He was very gentle, soft spoken, respectful, concise, knowledgeable, and provided a solution that i did not know existed and that worked for my specific problem (bugs on kitchen counter - offered solution that would not mess up my newly siliconed countertop where it meets the outside of house wall). Plus my dogs loved him!! Also, JP McHale in general are amazing. I've been using them for the past many years. They are professional, responsive, and great at what they do. I called them this morning to take care of a bug problem and requested they come as soon as they can fit me into their schedule. I explained to them I was throwing a party in a few days, and did not want ants on the countertop near food when my friends and family arrived.
