Edit: I ended up needing a roof replacement, and this company was amazing. Every single person was kind and professional and did what they said they were going to. They helped coordinate with my insurance and were on time for every appointment.

Worked with Tom over some concerns with the roof. He was extremely professional and responsive and ensured us everything was fine! It goes a long way to have a reputable and knowledgeable person to not push extra things when you don't need them!!

Wow. What a great company to work with! Tom came out and repaired some damage to my roof. He declined payment and simply said to think of them when we need a new roof. He takes care of his customers and considers everyone his "neighbor". This is how you run a business. I will definitely call them when the time comes.

Journey Roofing, Landon and Tom, were awesome from the very start. They met the insurance inspector and went over everything, including some things that the inspector missed. They were on time, finished in one day and were meticulous in the cleanup. This was the 2nd time that we have our roof replaced, the first with another company, and I will never use anyone else...hopefully will not need another roof again! Journey Roofing was wonderful to work with. Landon helped me navigate through the entire insurance claims process after we had a huge hail storm. He explained how putting a class 4 impact resistant shingle on my home would save me money on my insurance premiums, while further protecting my house from future hail storms. When it came time to actually replace the roof, Landon and the crew were able to finish my entire roof in one day and kept a clean and respectful work environment. This Company was very informative about everything I asked about and worked with me on every detail. The crew was very efficient in their installation and covered ALL the adjacent shrubs, bushes, deck, etc. before starting and the clean-up afterwards was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

I called Tom about roof damage and he came out and inspected the site same day. It was raining when he came out, so he could not perform the work but we agreed he would follow up when the weather cleared. A few hours later the sun was shining and he was back at my house to make this repair happen before more snow/rain could move in- which probably saved me from a real issue. Tom is a treasure- so kind and it was great working with him. Would recommend!

Tom made the process of getting a new roof installed very easy. He provided a detailed quote so I knew exactly what I was getting, and answered many questions thoroughly to give me confidence in the decision.
