I am a single mom, and my roof was leaking so bad, and there are many roofing company’s, and I choose John Lynch construction because I get my hair done by their daughter Mariah, and she does such amazing work, really the best hair I’ve ever had, and trust me I’ve had bad hair dressers, but since going to her, I now have the most beautiful hair, and it’s healthy finally, I get compliments daily, so I figured she learned honest good business from her parents… she heard my crying in the hair chair about my roof, and referred her family John Lynch Construction, they, along with 2 others quoted my roof, and I accepted the John Lynch quote, I waited until November to decide to get my roof done, and they scheduled me into their already busy schedule, showed up early with a professional team, and were very kind, and considerate, and worked hard the entire day long, and did that two days in a row, and cleaned up every piece of old roof, every nail, and had the job complete in 2 days, with a smile on their faces, I’ve had several contractors since I’ve bought this home, for tile, plumbing, etc…and they were the best by a long shot, I’m saving to have my home sided by them, and my neighbors are going to hire them for their roof. As a single mom with limited funds, it makes a huge difference in life to hire good professional company’s for services, I also work a lot and have big dogs, so prompt completion, and timelines are everything, and they were so efficient, and did not stand around and milk the job, they are hard workers, and very skilled. I would give 10 stars but they only allow 5! I highly recommend John Lynch construction. I’m also a bad picky client, I inspect everything, I went into my attic several times, climbed onto my roof and inspected every inch for leaks, and it is perfect, they did an outstanding job.they also fixed a piece of my compromised siding that needed attention asap while I wait and save for my siding. I will be hiring them for siding, I’m saving my money for it now.

Very good communication and quality work. We had a new roof put on and widened our garage door opening with new door install. The crews were very organized and cleaned up each day. Really great company!

They were amazing, I needed my total roof done before my insurance co dropped me! They were immediate to respond, inspect and completed roof within two days , they are awesome! I highly recommend! John Lynch construction did an excellent job of repairing my extra large garage door track on my shop. The door wouldn't close after heavily damaging the track and they got me a quote and did the repair in just a few days.

Received several bids for a roof replacement and selected John Lynch construction to replace my asphalt singles with metal. Their pricing was comparable to the other bids but their lifetime warranty was attractive.
The crew was incredible! They were at my house early in the morning and worked hard everyday. They were extremely respectful of my property covering everything with traps and cleaning up every night before they left at night.

The roof looks beautiful and the way it was installed I am sure it will stand up to the high winds we occasionally get. I can without reservation high recommend this company!

I would like people to know about my experience with John Lynch construction. I had approximately 12 shingles that were damaged due to snow removal.They came out to give me a quote. Quoted around $1000.00, I agreed to the price as my roof is only 2 years old. They said it wouldn't be a problem to fix. They sent out someone who was inexperienced to do the repair. He started work on the roof , said he was doing more damage than good to the roof. His boss told him to leave it as is and walked away from the job without reaping the roof and left it in worse shape than it was. If your looking to have your roof replaced or repaired look for a company with more experienced employees.

John Lynch Construction installed a composite roof on my house. During removal of the old roofing, issues with the non-vented closed cavity underneath, presented challenging options for remedy. John explained the options, and designed an innovative solution that did not break the bank. Almost one year later, I am very pleased with his solution, and my great looking roof.

I wish I could give a zero rating review for the work of the roof we now have. After having a new roof installed 2 years ago, while my mom was pleased because the workers were nice, and John was charismatic, that would be where the compliments stop. The roof line they left is uneven and looks odd. Being “experts” in the field you would think they would explain what is and isn’t covered and what to be aware of with their lifetime grantee. Let me tell you, it’s not water damage and leaks along the roof edge and middle of the roof. While citing “ice” damage. We had a roof on our house for 40 years that didn’t leak, had weathered again 40 or so winters, but we had replaced due to wind damage. Two winters later and our ceiling now shows multiple spots of water damage that we’re told is due to ice damage. But we can’t install heat tape with snow breaks on the roof that would null and void the warranty. (For what ever good that is.) I would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere when looking for a roofer.

Great work. They worked with us and helped us with insurance. The work crew came out and put a new roof on before it snowed. They did a great job. Would recommend highly.

I’m so happy with my new metal roof. The team from John Lynch Construction did a beautiful job. They did a great job of cleaning up the old composite roofing. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and good communication! I’ve already received complaints on the new roof. This winter I won’t be concerned about snow build up, as the snow should slide right off. What I really appreciate about this business is not only do they exceed my expectations, you actually have someone answer the phone in person to answer your questions. Chaz and his team did not only my roof but also my brothers roof. They did an outstanding job!!!! Their clean up after both jobs was fabulous. Loved the magnetic roll bar that they rolled over my entire rock driveway and found the nails that had fallen as they were working. I would highly recommend using them.

My experience with purchasing garage doors from John Lynch Construction was awesome! The doors arrived a week early to begin with. Then mike called me and let me know when he would come to install them and first he showed up the day before to make sure our site was ready then then showed up next day on time and took two days to install 3 large doors which was impressive. Each day he cleaned up before leaving and when he was done he showed us how to operate everything and made sure we were happy with the instal and new doors. I would HIGHLY recommend that you call them if you are in need of shop or garage doors!

A team from John Lynch Construction recently installed a new composite roof on our home. The entire process, from first contact, to obtaining a quote, through build and clean up, was professional, efficient, and friendly. The crew took time to explain issues they found after removing the old roof, which they successfully repaired, and they offered several corrective options for us to choose from. Additionally, we were satisfied with the range of products and colors available. Overall, the entire team, from office to field did a great job!

The snow and ice in late December broke two old skylights in our roof. I called John Lynch Construction thinking the winter weather would keep them from working on a roof. After seeing a photo I sent John he said no problem and was on the roof the next day measuring for new skylights. The installation went smoothly and we are very pleased with the new skylights. I highly recommend their services.

Just used this company for a minor roof modification as a result of a home inspection. We were on a tight time line to get estimates. This company was super responsive, coming out the day we called to provide an estimate and were here the next day to make repairs. The were very honest and even said if it wasn't for request of the buyers, the requested modifications weren't necessary. Nathan was/is AMAZING. Would highly recommend this company.

Enjoyed meeting and speaking with John about the project. His crew of two on our job were very hard workers and skilled at their profession. They cleaned up the perimeter of the project nicely upon completion and John even went above and beyond by helping bend some metal for us in an area of our structure that needed retrofitted prior to aluminum siding install, at no charge.
