John and his team were amazing! Kept us informed daily on what was being completed. Every step of the way we were never down with appliances and the work looks great! This was a major project with water damage in kitchen, laundry room and master bathroom. Completed project one week early! Highly recommend John Curran for any renovation needs!

John's attention to detail was incredible. John and Tim arrived early, did the work quickly and with great quality, informed me of what was going on every step of the way. When they were done, the area was left clean and the job looked fantastic.

I had my skirting and siding done they also painted my house! They did an excellent job in a timely manner! I also had them take down my old deck and put up a new one, they did that in about 4 hours or less I was at work! When my wife got home at 12:00 everything was done! They also did an excellent job on that! John and Tim work very well together and are great people! I will be having them finish the rest of my house inside! I'm so glad that I have found someone I can trust!

John Curran LLC is the go to company for remodeling manufactured/mobile homes. My brother had deferred maintenance from over 25 years and it was falling apart, but John saw the possibility of bringing it back to a truly livable home. He overhauled the plumbing, insulation, skirting, swapped out the swamp cooler, replaced the under flooring and flooring, remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms and upgraded their quality of life. I am having him repair and paint the exterior next so the upcoming winter should have them snug as a bug. John and Cindy listened attentively to my concerns and even when there was a payment hiccup that was all my fault they handled it professionally and didn't make me feel like a jerk. They have always been upbeat and worked with me through managing everything with my brother and his family. I will never go to anyone else because they are like family.

Did a great job installing the seismic stabilization system under our manufactured home. Actually showed up a day early and took less time doing the install than anticipated. Very easy to deal with and is a really nice person. Highly recommended.

I hired John Curran LLC to replace the roof and paint the exterior on my rental manufactured home in Carson City. The work was rescheduled once due to bad weather. Other than that the material was delivered and they completed the job as rescheduled. They clearly communicated throughout the job so I could keep my tenants notified. After the work was finished they emailed photos of the finished roof and house! John met me at the house after the work was completed as I wanted to make sure there were no issues. The paint job exceeded my expectations! And the roof was nice too. The tenants were happy too! Thank you John and Cindy! The process went smoothly and I am very happy with the outcome!

John has done great work on our projects, new bathroom, and new covered deck. On time, professional and very knowledgeable. Knows more about manufactured and mobile homes than most contractors.
