I reached out to four roofing companies to replace the roof on my 3,000+ sq ft home. In the end, most of the quotes were fairly similar, but Jobin stood out by offering a reasonable and transparent price from the beginning—without playing the “promotion game” of sending discounts weeks after the initial estimate. From initial interactions with Zac who gave a detailed estimate and took the time to answer any questions we had, to working with Savannah on coordination of material confirmation and scheduling (she worked with us to make sure dates worked for us and even aligned the roof replacement with our upcoming vacation). As we planned to be out of town, Cody (project manager) came over before we left to do a walk-through and did an excellent job of not only explaining everything they would do and how they protect the property, but also took the time to answer our questions and make us feel 100% confident we picked the right team. I recently contracted Jobin Roofing to replace the roof on my 1700 sq. ft. home. I picked the company because of all the estimates I sought out, the level of professionalism from estimate to finished work exceeded my expectations. Zac was the only person who went up into my attic to inspect the underlayment and sources of leakage, he took the time to completely explain what was in his estimate, and made it easy to understand all aspects, plus remained as one of my go-to contacts such as Jeff, who was awesome as the job manager, Welvin and his crew did an outstanding tear-off and re-roof with some extra ventilation and solar light cap replacements. In a day and a half it was finished, all debris was picked up, the following week new, beautiful gutters were installed in just a few hours. I had conversations with Savannah and Lindsay, as well as one of the Jobin brothers...all very easy going and down to earth. No worries whatsoever.

Jobin roofing did an amazing job. The work was done correctly and quickly. They finished earlier than they had promised. The roofers were polite, professional and made sure to latch the gate at the end of the day so my dog would not get out of the back yard. They made sure to clean up completely around my house which included using a magnet to sweep for nails.

Wow! I don't even know where to start because from the very beginning to the very end...we have been nothing but impressed with Jobin Roofing!! We found ourselves in the unfortunate situation of having to replace our entire roof after only 7 years because of a poor install done before we bought our house. We got 4 estimates and Jobin's was the most thorough, cost-effective and offered the best warranty. Jobin did a great job replacing my roof. Starting with Michael who came out to give the estimate to Alfonso and his crew that did a great job on the roof and left the property/flower beds in great shape and spotless. Communication through the entire process was great.

Jobin Roofing did a great job installing a new roof in preparation for solar installation on our 100 year old home. Michael did a very complete evaluation of the job enabling an estimate that was accurate. He explored our attic spaces, roof top and gutters. Michael recommended we change our roof venting. I admit I was skeptical as we had many vents in the eves, but since the new roof vents we notice our upstairs cools better and air quality in the house seems improved. Pay more get more.

We also had Jobin replace a skylight. There were some complications that that were no fault of Jobin, however, they worked through it with us. How a company responds when things don't go as planed says a lot about a company. Jobin communicated well through the process and made sure were were happy with the results.

Lastly, the job took 2 long days. The crew cleaned up each day leaving the property as they found it.
In the end we are very satisfied and highly recommend Jobin Roofing!

I'm really happy with how my roof replacement went with Jobin Roofing. Their employees were very professional, helpful, and communicative from start to finish. Isaiah came out to do the original quote. He inspected my roof both inside and outside and was very thorough. He let me know what he found, included pictures, gave me recommendations, and answered all of my questions. I received the quote very quickly and it was a very reasonable cost for the amount of work being performed. Once we decided to go with Jobin Roofing, Isaiah came back out and showed us all of the different shingle options and colors to choose from. We had a few more questions for him and he answered every single one. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Our project manager was Cody and he was great to work with. He would let me know the schedule ahead of time and he and his crew were there on time everyday. I am so appreciative of Jobin Roofing for coming out very quickly after I called, to inspect our craftsman home in North East Portland.They provided a very thorough inspection. They took photos and showed me right away the condition of my roof.
They even looked at an upstairs storage room that is unfinished which provided visibility to the structure of the roof itself.. Even thought the roof is older, I was reassured that a new roof would not be necessary for a year or two. After discovering a serious leak in a bedroom caused by decayed roof underlayment, we selected Jobin Roofing to replace our 23 year old roof (builder grade, way overdue - multiple leaks discovered all over the roof). During this snowstorm when we encountered a leak in our bedroom ceiling, Brendan was able to meet us on time and able to inspect our attic/ roof and identify the potential source of leak as a result of poor workmanship from builder. He is very professional in his approach and recommended some short term fix while we work with builder/roofer to get this damage covered.

I don't write a lot of reviews but I had a very positive experience getting my roof replaced with Jobin Roofing. First of all the communication was excellent. My concerns were well understood and responses were timely. The attention to detail was very good. The cost breakdown of what was included, what the variables were and what to expect were gone over. The final result was delivered as expected. I also feel like I got really good value at a reasonable price. A lot of different things were included to improve ventilation of my attic. An effort was really made to help me out with other minor requests. On top of that the workmanship warranty is the best I have seen. I highly recommend this company. All my interaction with Brendan the owner lead me to believe he is leading this company with a lot of integrity.

REPLY TO TEAM JOBIN: It was, in fact, your crew. The truck out front & the sign posted in the yard had your advertisement on it. I called & eventually communicated directly with the owner, CaseyJobin, via group text to formally report large beams being leaned atop a vent on my roof along with stacks of other roofing material. The crew was directed to remove everything, which they did but with a most unprofessional attitude. The trash & chunks of roofing debris I found on my property the next day (the equivalent of a FU calling card) was not reported at that time. There's nothing more to be said or done & it really shouldn't matter when these trespasses occurred since they should not have occurred in the first place. I simply wish the public to be aware. Got my dad’s roof and gutters done by these guys recently The estimator was awesome super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The roof came out great, and the manager overseeing the job really paid attention to detail. Even had my cousin check it out to make sure everything was good, and they said the work was very good and the gutter crew crushed it too Nathan explained my old system and gave me solid tips to keep the roof and gutters in good shape definitely calling them back in six months

We had 3 companies come out to our house to bid for a new roof. They were all in the same price range. The thing that set Jobin apart from the others was the attention to detail and overall knowledge. The estimator who came out really knew his stuff. He did an extensive inspection of the roof and found several issues that the other companies didn't find. He was able to determine that the ventilation system in the attic wasn't adequate and had a good plan to fix it. He explained everything very thoroughly while showing us pictures that he took from on the roof and in the attic. He spent a couple of hours at the house inspecting and answering our questions. By the time he was done with the process I felt like I knew exactly what he was proposing and exactly what current problems were present in our roof.
The scheduler did a great job of staying in contact. The roof was going to be done during the rainy season here so they had to work around the weather. We got frequent emails letting us know the status of our job. Any questions I had were answered same day by email. No issues with communication at all.
Once the job was scheduled the crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. The job took about 4 days. At the end of each day the job site was very clean. Not a nail or roof tile or anything in the driveway or yard. We got an email with pictures each day of work outlining the work done with pictures. The foreman explained everything that was done and how they were addressing all our roof issues as they worked.
When everything was done the foreman scheduled a meeting with us to let us know how everything went and to go over maintenance and warranty process if we needed. We felt great about the whole process from initial contact to after the job service. Highly recommend!

Jobin did a fantastic job re-roofing my home. From start to finish they were extremely professional and responsive. Zac came out to give the initial bid and came up with a creative solution that no other company offered to increase ventilation/breathability in my early 1900's home that has a roof/attic space that couldn't be vented through traditional methods. Jeff project managed my actual job, checking in regularly to make sure everything was running smoothly and on track (including coming to the job site on a Sunday during his family reunion!), and going above and beyond after the job was finished to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Juan and his crew worked so hard, and when they got delayed due to extreme heat, they decided to come on the weekend to make sure they finished the job on time. We have a 1500sf home w/ attached garage and small unattached shop. In the last 3 weeks we received 4-5 quotes ranging between $20-41k to replace our roof and gutters. We spent a total of 8+ hours with various roofing estimators. In 2016 we replaced a similar size roof and gutters for $8,000. The numbers we had felt high, but we didn’t want to spend much more time unless it would save us a substantial amount.

We contacted Jobin Roofing to ask if they could say whether these numbers were in the ballpark. Savannah took extensive notes and suggested an estimator take a look at our roof. I was reluctant! Within an hour or two she messaged that Brendan (one of the owners) would be in touch, and he messaged the same evening to say he would come out next day.
When he arrived, Brendan listened patiently to the concerns we had about our roof. He mentioned a couple unnecessary upgrades other contractors might have quoted (yes, they had), gave me the name of a metal fabricator to help with adequate ventilation and climbed up on the roof. After thoroughly checking it out, he estimated our roofing to be about 15 years old and still in good condition for its age. He recommend we not replace the roof yet as it has a good 8 years yet, but only the gutters as they are probably over 40 yrs old and damaged. Should we sell in the next couple years they would need replaced anyway. He also suggested some basic, inexpensive maintenance and a good gutter contractor.

In his words, it’s basically a “roofers dream”- a shallow 4/12 pitch, and the time of year is perfect for roofing – dry, cool weather. He was sincere in his recommendation!
