JKR Construction Corp just finished replacing my siding. it was a tricky job and the guys started Saturday morning and worked through the weekend to finish it. They are meticulous and they do exactly what they say they are going to do. I highly recommend these guys. I went outside after they finished to do a proper clean up and the entire place was spotless. Their price was very fair for the amount of time and materials.

From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and delivered exceptional results. JKR Construction just completed a replacement of my 20 year old roof. I solicitated several quotes from both small and large roofing companies but settled on JKR. JKR was very competitive and I had seen them do a great job replacing another roof in the neighborhood.

Highly recommend! Joe and Alberto did an excellent job repairing a leak around my chimney. Instead of just putting a patch over a presumed source of leak, they took the extra effort to remove all the shingles around the chimney to determine the root cause of the leak and redid the copper flashing. Over the weekend with the heavy rain, no signs of leak whatsoever. They were responsive and punctual. Fairly priced and wasn’t looking to find ways to charge more. Definitely will use them again for any roofing and gutter repairs.

I had a great experience with Jose of JKR Construction and his associate, who came out to do the work of fixing my leaky roof. They were both easy to communicate with and straightforward, came right out to inspect the job, and got it done fast and well before any more damage had a chance to occur. I have only good things to say. And their prices are competitive too.

JKR Construction replaced my roof today. With the initial call with Joe I know he was going to exceeded my expectations. He came to the house inspected and provided a very fair estimate for the work. He scheduled the work as promised and texted me a day prior to confirm. The team showed up as expected and completed the job in one day. After the work was done, the team cleaned up all the debris. I also noticed that the guys used a leaf blower to make sure all loose items were gathered and not left behind. There are a lot of companies that can do roof repair, but I felt I was treated very well by the team and left with a smile on my face!

Joe from JKR is a true professional. Responsible, honest, and responsive. These days trying to get talented tradespeople to even show up for an estimate is a challenge. Joe responded to my call quickly, showed up as planned to give me an estimate. Two days later his men were on site to do the work. The work turned out to not be as straightforward as we thought due to some issues with the way in which the original contractor constructed our roof. Joe's team figured out a perfect solution and did the additional work. They were efficient, professional and cleaned up after themselves. If I ever have roof or gutter needs there is no one else I'd call. JKR is tops in my book!

JKR Construction replaced my roof today, from my initial communication with Alberto his professionalism and expertise exceeded the other companies I interracted with. He came to the house inspected and provided an estimate for the job. We then schedule a date and time to get it done. Alberto called me the day before to confirm and reviewed the pricing, he confirmed all the details and set expectation.
Aberto and his team arrived on time completed the job within the estimated time, cleaned up all the debris. He also took the time to take pictures of the new roof and send to my phone. I contracted Jose and his team to install the siding and gutters at my house. What an amazing job these guys did! They were prompt and on time everyday and got the job done in about a week. JKR did an emergency repair on my roof in 2021 and their performance was outstanding. Since my roof was very old, I decided to hire them (in 2025) to replace the entire roof. Once again they did an excellent job and when done, they cleaned every bit of debris from my property. I would recommend them to my friends, my kids, and to anyone else who needs a great roofer at a fair price.

We needed a gutter fixed as well as an estimate on a new roof, roof extension, soffits and facia. Joe came over the same day I called and he was very professional, personable, and honest, which clearly shows a lot of integrity. He told us we really didn’t need a new roof yet, gave us different options as far as the soffits and facia, and very good advice on the roof extension. The next day he sent someone to fix our gutter, and within a couple of days emailed us an estimate with the costs of the different options. We felt his prices were competitive and fair, but ultimately decided to hold off until after we get some interior work done first. When I asked Joe what we owed for fixing the gutter, he told me there was no charge. Once we are ready to have the exterior work done there is no doubt we will be calling Joe from JKR Construction once again. I would very highly recommend this company, especially if you want to deal with someone who is honest and straight forward and who won’t try to sell you products/services you don’t actually need!

JKR recently resided a portion of our home, replaced all the gutters and downspouts and installed trim on the entire house. Their pricing was very competitive and they provided excellent advice and patience when working through our options. The work was completed on schedule and clean up was perfect. We were very happy with the work Joe and his team did on our new roof. It was a complete roof removal and replacement with new plywood, shingles, copper flashing and gutters. They were very reliable, completed the job on time and thoroughly cleaned the exterior of the home at the completion of the job. All code requirements by the city were satisfied. Joe was always on time, called to follow up, completed the job in a timely manner, left the property cleaner than when he arrived. Very professional, kept to his word. I would highly reccomend. I had him repair a leaky roof that I had leaking for over 6 months and finally gave up and had it professionally fixed.

As a new home owner, I was shocked when I received a letter from my insurance company advising that I needed a new roof before the end of the month. I called Joe for a quote and was pleased with the price. Not only did the price seem reasonable, he only uses GAF supplies, which come with a very long term warranty. With the pending bad weather, Joe showed up the following week with a team of 5 people, and they managed to tear off the entire (three layer of shingle) roof and put on the new one in a single day. Joe and his team were very professional, prompt and did great work. After our recent blizzard, I am proud to say that while my neighbors roofs have already lost their snow, our roof is still covered (proof we're not losing heat through it). I would definitely use JKR again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roofer.
